West Indies
Afy Fletcher is a right-arm leg-spinner who made her international debut at the age of 21 in 2008. On her debut, she took 4/22 from nine overs, setting a new record for the best figures by a West Indian on debut. But after the 2009 World Cup in Australia, she was dropped from the side and wasn't a part of the national team for over six years.
Fletcher returned to West Indian colours in 2015 against Sri Lanka and the next year she was a part of the World Cup winning West Indies side in the World Twenty20 in India.
She was awarded a central contract by Cricket West Indies in 2021.
