Profile

Harvir Baidwan is an Indian-born Canadian bowling all-rounder who has also played for the Colts Cricket Club. He made his ODI debut for Canada against Bermuda in June 2008. He remained wicket-less in that game but was economical. Not soon after, he made his T20I debut against Netherlands in the 2008 World T20 Qualifier. It was a dream debut for him as he was awarded the player of the match for remarkable figures of 4/19, which played a crucial role in bundling the opposition for a mere 97.

Although, success in ODIs took a long time to come by, he has always been an economical bowler responsible for drying up runs in middle overs. In comparison, Baidwan fared well in the T20Is picking up wickets regularly and providing the crucial breakthroughs.
