Mohammad Manjurul Islam is a Bangladeshi medium pacer, who has also played for the Dhaka Warriors and Khulna Division. He made his ODI debut in 1999 against Pakistan and his Test debut came against Zimbabwe in 2001. On his Test debut, he registered brilliant figures of 6 for 81. He played 34 ODIs and 17 Tests between 1999 and 2004. He was a part of 1999 and 2003 World Cup squads.

After being dropped from the team, Manjurul waited for 4 years for a recall. When that did not come, he joined the Dhaka Warriors team in the rebel ICL tournament. He was subsequently banned by the Bangladesh Cricket Board for 10 years. Later, he joined the ACC as a coach in China.
