West Indies
A burly opening batsman, Philo Wallace thumped the cricket ball, often setting up lightning quick starts for West Indies. He scored 2 fifties and 1 hundred in the limited overs format, which appeared to suit his style of play more.
He hit the triple figure score against South Africa in the Wills International Cup final, albeit in a losing cause. Wallace though was a massive failure in Tests, struggling to cope up with the moving ball.
Wallace also had a brief stint as Barbados captain before being shockingly sacked from the team.
