England
A right-handed opener, Tim Curtis was a key member of the Warwickshire team, which ruled the roost in county cricket in the 1980's. Curtis was given his Test debut against West Indies in July 1988. He played only 4 more Tests thereafter, and was banished to the domestic set-up. He was more comfortable playing county cricket and even went on to captain Warwickshire.
