England
An industrious off-spinner, Peter Such enjoyed a superb Test debut, taking 6/67 against Australia in 1993. However, he fell flat and dropped after the home series against New Zealand. He had to wait for close to 5 years for a recall but failed to deliver again despite signs of rejuvenation. Such had a 19-year first-class career including stints at Nottinghamshire and Leicetershire before joining Essex. Such could have been s strike bowler had he added some variety to his rather metronomic bowling.
