England
Ian Gould, who kept wickets for England in the 1983 World Cup, is more known as an umpire these days. He figured in 18 ODIs for England in 1983. With Bob Tayor establishing himself as the Test keeper, Gould did not get an opportunity to taste Test cricket. Post retirement, Gould forayed into umpiring. His keen sense of judgement saw him being elevated to the ICC Elite Panel of umpires in 2009.
