Profile

Tim Gruijters is a right-hand batsman and a right-arm medium pace bowler, who plays for Netherlands. He made his ODI debut against Kenya in February 2010. After that he played quite a few List A games. His T20I debut came against Scotland in March 2012 while his First-class debut came against Afghanistan in April 2012.

He came into the news for wrong reasons during the 2014 World T20 in Bangladesh when he accused the team management of cheating by forcing him out on medical grounds so they could bring in Tom Cooper as a last-minute replacement for the tournament.
