Pakistan
Born on 17 December, 1984, Najaf Shah has had a distinguished career in Pakistan domestic cricket and will consider himself extremely unlucky for not to have featured in more than just one ODI match for the national team.
In a career lasting 120 FC matches so far, Shah, a left-arm medium fast bowler, has snared 421 victims at a very acceptable average of 24.96. After a disappointing World Cup in 2007, Najaf was called up for the ODI series against Sri Lanka in the UAE. In a high scoring game at Abu Dhabi, he finished wicket-less and has since then not found favour with the national selectors.
