Zimbabwe
A skiddy pace merchant, Ian Nicolson, first came into the spotlight when he represented Zimbabwe in the 2006 Under-19 World Cup. He gradually rose through the ranks and made his ODI debut against Ireland in 2010. Sadly he has played only one more ODI since then. He has to weed out waywardness from his system in order to nurture hopes of a comeback.
He currently plays for the Rhinos in the Zimbabwe domestic circuit.
