West Indies
Born on January 23, 1989, Bonner comes in after having been identified as someone who is exciting with the bat, ball and in the field. The 22 year old Jamaican all-rounder has represented Jamaica at the U-15 and U-19 levels.
Bonner is a leg-spinner and bats in the middle order. He is a massive fan of Shane Warne and made his FC debut for the West Indies U-19 squad in the 2007-08 KFC Cup. Nkrumah has also had excellent reports from the Sagicor HPC batting coach, Carl Hooper during his stint at the high performance centre.
As part of further exposure, he was included in the squad for the 2 match T20 series in England. He failed to pass muster, but will be a part of future West Indies plans.
The leggie was also a part of the Jamaica Tallawahs side, which sealed the title in the inaugural edition of the Caribbean Premier League.
