Duncan Allan is an Australian-born Kenyan all-rounder and brilliant fielder with great future prospects. He was a consistent performer in the Under-19 circuit for several years representing Kenya in the African continental tournaments, the ICC U-19 World Cup Qualifier, the ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup, etc. In the 2011 Under-19 World Cup Qualifier, he took 14 wickets and scored 455 runs, including 2 centuries. He was awarded a Kenya central contract in September 2011.

He made his international debut in the limited-overs match against Netherlands at Voorburg on 12 September 2011. He scored 27 in that game and even took a wicket. He made his T20I debut in September 2012 against Ireland.

Allan had played domestic cricket in tournaments like East African Cup, East Africa Elite League, East African Premier League, Sahara Elite League. He has played for Kenya Elite Team and has been playing for Kongonis in the Nairobi Club Ground since 2010.
