Profile

A young all-rounder, Natsai Mushangwe, is a right handed batsman and bowls leg-break. At the age of 18 he got a chance to represent Zimbabwe A for the first time against Namibia and was decent enough to get noticed.

He has been under the selectors' watchful eyes since 2009 and finally made his ODI debut against New Zealand in 2011. It took him two years to make his T20I debut. He played his first T20I game against West Indies in March 2013.

In the few matches that he has played, his performance has been pretty average and he has not found a permanent place in the squad yet. Being only 23, Mushangwe still has a long way to go and will definitely get more chances to prove his mettle in the future.
