Mohammad Ayub may be a proven performer in domestic cricket but he failed to crack international cricket. The right-handed batsman may argue that he was denied opportunities during his prime.
His long awaited debut came to pass at the ripe age of 32 against Sri Lanka at Galle in June 2012. He managed 47 runs, which was not good enough. He was axed after that Test but Ayub continues to work hard at the domestic level.
