Profile

A keeper-batsman by trade, Mangaliso Mosehle first caught the pundits' attention in the 2008 under-19 World Cup. He started off in First Class cricket with Easterns and was also a member of the Easterns squad for the 2015 Africa T20 Cup. In the Ram Slam that year for the Titans, he lit up the scene, especially in one such game where he smoked a 39-ball 87.

One of the many debutants who made their debut against Sri Lanka in the three-match T20 series at home in 2016, Mosehle did not disappoint. He announced his arrival on the international scene with a fierce square cut for a six.

With Quinton de Kock going strong and lighting up the scene with both his batting and keeping skills, Mosehle would have to be content filling the role of the standby. His coaches though continue to show faith in his abilities.

Mosehle plays for Paarl Rocks in the Mzansi Super League.
