Nasir Aziz is a right-arm off-break bowler, who made his First-Class debut against Canada in August 2013. Aziz made his ODI debut against Afghanistan in December 2014. He picked up a solitary wicket in that game and gave away 50 runs in his eight overs.
Aziz has also represented UAE in 12 T20 games, picking up 20 wickets at an economy rate of just under 7. He was selected for the World Cup squad after a good bowling show against the domestic teams from Australia. He also bowled well against teams like Pakistan A and New Zealand A, earning him a place in the 15-man squad for the quadrennial event.
