Rohan Mustafa is a left-handed batsman and a right-arm slow bowler, who plays as an allrounder for the UAE national team. He has also played for the United Arab Emirates A and Under-19 teams, previously. He made his ODI debut in the World Cup Qualifier against Scotland in February, 2014.

Mustafa made his T20I debut for UAE in the 2014 World T20. He scored only 37 runs in the three games in the tournament. He was also made the vice-captain of the team after the tournament got over, a position he no longer holds.

He was part of the team that took on Afghanistan at home in 2014. He played the final two ODIs of the series and picked up five wickets in total. In addition to his bowling, he can be very handy with the bat as well. On the basis of his consistent run of above average performances, he was selected for the 2015 World Cup squad.
