Sharad Vesawkar is a Nepali right-hand batsman who has played for Nepal since 2004. He was born and raised in UAE but his family returned to Nepal after his father's retirement in 1995. He first represented Nepal at the Under-15 level in the Under-15 Asia Cup in UAE.

Vesawkar first played at Under-19 level in April 2003 on a tour of India. He later played in the Youth Asia Cup in Karachi. In the final match against Malaysia, he won the Man of the Match award. Later the following year, he played the 2004 Under-19 World Cup. In the same year, he made his debut for the Nepal senior side in the 2004 Intercontinental Cup.

Vesawkar has been an important part of the Nepal cricket team and has featured in a lot of tournaments. He was a part of the Nepal side for the 2014 World T20 and scored 91 runs in 3 games.
