So, Afghanistan have clinched the series, but there is 10 points still on offer and that's something to play for both teams. Zimbabwe need to improve and do it fast. Can they get a consolation win when the two teams square up once again on 9th? We'll be back for the final ODI. Do join us for all the fun, for now, cheers and bye..

Ibrahim Zadran | Player of the Match - Very thankful to Allah for my performance. The wicket was good, I just wanted to play my natural way. The partnership between me and Rahmat was wonderful, I want to enjoy batting and play my shots. We have got 20 points in the super league and will look to win the next game as well.

Hashmatullah Shahidi | Winning captain - The team is playing really well and I'm happy. We're trying to get as many points as possible, we'll look for 10 more in the next game. We will think about possible changes for the next game, and have a couple of days to plan.

Craig Ervine | Losing captain - We always knew the pitch would get better, it was important for us to get a few partnerships, and had another reasonable start today. This wicket today was much better than the first game, so 260-270 was competitive, but we never got there. We need partnerships, conditions with the new ball is challenging, you can lose the game in the first 5 overs itself.

16:50 Local Time, 14:50 GMT, 20:20 IST: A comfortable win in the end for the visitors and they take a 2-0 lead in the 3-match ODI series. More importantly, it's 10 more points in the World Cup super league and they now look a lot more comfortable. It was always a modest chase and Zimbabwe needed a heap of wickets if they were to cause some scars in the Afghan camp. Blessing Muzarabani struck early to raise hopes, but Ibrahim Zadran and Rahmat Shah settled the nerves with a match-winning 195-run second wicket partnership. The pitch played well in the second innings and 228 was perhaps at least 30-40 short of a competitive score. They did create a couple of half-chances, but none went to hand for the hosts, who now face an uphill task for automatic qualification to the 2023 Cricket World Cup. Zadran converted his maiden half-century into a maiden ton and will look to improve here on. Rahmat remains consistent, although he has missed out on a couple of hundreds, the spin troika are settled and so are Afghanistan. Presentations in a moment..
