So, 3-0 in the ODIs and 3-0 in the T20Is. Zimbabwe knew they'd have to play their best cricket to match-up with Afghanistan and their assortment of spinners, but sadly fell well short, The tourists were always a cut above the hosts, who'll now try and get to that World Cup in Australia by performing well in the qualifiers which they'll host. On the other hand, the visitors will be bouyed by this series win and will look to build going further ahead. That concludes Afghanistan's tour of Zimbabwe, but we've plenty of cricket lined up. Change tabs and do enjoy all the action. For now, cheers and bye..

Najibullah Zadran | Player of the Series - I'm very happy, performing as a senior player. I just wanted to play my natural game. We have the Asia Cup coming up, then we'll think about the World Cup. We have some good youngsters, we want to give an opportunity to everyone.

Noor Ahmad | Player of The Match - Thanks to almighty Allah for helping me win the MoM award on my debut, it was a dream to play for my country. I spoke with Rashid, he told me to bowl in the right areas and not think too much about what the batters would do. It's tough to get chances considering the bowling attack (of this team), but I'd like to perform whenever a chance comes.

Mohammad Nabi | Winning captain - We planned to win all the three matches, so happy with it. I knew it wasn't going to be easy to score runs, that's the reason we played more spinners, it was tough to score against them. We have 15 quality players in the squad and look to give chances to everyone, we'll have to plan for the future and play according to the match-ups.

Craig Ervine | Losing captain - Noor Ahmad blew us away, we had a reasonable start, 40 odd for 1 after the batting PP, and then he blew us away. We'll have to sit down, go over things we didn't do well, things where we went well and try to build on it. We'll be playing in Bulawayo (in the World T20 qualifiers), it's (conditions) a bit slower and that should help us. It's always disappointing, but we need to keep our chin up. We were close in the first two T20s, but they played better than us, so credit to them

16:24 Local Time, 14:24 GMT, 19:54 IST: Afghanistan follow-up the ODI whitewash with another whitewash, this time in T20Is. The hosts would have backed themselves to chase down 125, but they were undone by spin - not by Rashid or Nabi, it was Noor and Ashraf. 25 came from the opening three overs and it all went pear shaped afterwards. Ashraf struck first-ball and it all went downhill, the hosts simply couldn't read the unorthodox spin of Noor as they fell over in a heap. 4 for 10 for Noor, 2 for 13 for Ashraf, and the damage had been done. The last pair just managing to push their team past their lowest ever T20I score, but that was scant consolation. The tourists will go home on a high, the hosts have lots to ponder ahead of the World T20 qualifiers next month. Stay tuned for the presentations..
