Thanks for joining our coverage for this game. Hope you enjoyed it. See you next time. Cheers!

Stanikzai: This is a very important series win for Afghanistan. On this pitch, 46 from 29 was a very easy target. But Rashid and Karim bowled very well.

Porterfield: It was frustrating when the rain came down because we had a great powerplay. We never got going when we started again. It wasn't easy for the new batsmen to start at that time. Rashid is a very good bowler. He was always going to be difficult. It's frustrating. Lot of cricket left in the month. We'll look to come back strong on Saturday.

Rashid: Match was in their hand before the rain break. I believed in myself and in my bowling. In the first over it was difficult for me to grip the ball but I got used to it.

Rashid Khan and Najib Tarakai are joint Man of the Match.

Time for the presentations..

Stirling and Porterfield had got Ireland off to a blazing start before the rain came down. When play resumed, Ireland needed 46 from 29 with 8 wickets in hand. The equation was clearly in their favour, but the momentum was lost. Having said that, they will see this as an opportunity blown.

18:13 Local Time, 12:43 GMT, 18:13 IST: What a turnaround from Afghanistan! With this, they extend their winning streak in T20Is to 10 matches and also seal this series with a game to spare. The rain break might have disrupted Ireland's momentum, but take nothing away from Rashid Khan. The 18-year-old leg-spinner ran through the Irish middle and lower order to take a five-for inside two overs. It was his googly which did most of the damage as the panic-stricken batsmen failed to pick anything out of the hand.

Rashid Khan to Barry McCarthy, out Lbw!! Rashid has taken a five-for in 11 balls! What a stunning collapse from Ireland this. McCarthy might be unlucky here. Looked quite a dubious decision in real time. The googly ripped in and hit the pad after foiling McCarthy's slog-sweep. But it had definitely hit him outside the line of off. Take nothing away from Rashid though. He has been spectacular. On a hat-trick now. Barry McCarthy lbw b Rashid Khan 0(1)

Rashid Khan to Barry McCarthy, THATS OUT!! Lbw!!
