Pollard it seems is too shy to smile as he lifts the trophy! He must have lifted a lot of trophies with the various T20 sides around the globe. But winning it for West Indies is a rare thing. He talked about the word "PROCESS" in the post-match presentations. We know a skipper who talks about that word very often and he has been instrumental in shaping the fortune of his country. Let's hope Pollard would follow his path. On that positive note, we take leave. This is Varun Dixit waving you goodbye on behalf of Abhinand, Nikhil Jadhav and our scorer Shashikant Singh.

Kieron Pollard: We came here with some sort of ambition about how we want to play cricket and the guys responded well. Winning is a habit, we want to follow the process again and again. There is some method in everything we do. Sometimes it will work and sometimes it won't work.

Roston Chase, Player of the Series: Skipper called me last night and told me that you are going to play a different role today. Hope told me, 'Ross just take singles and we will get home.' I was just trying to vary my pace and the pitch was helping me a lot. I am happy that I picked up few wickets too. I am happy that we won a series after five years.

Shai Hope, Player of the Match: It is good to contribute to team's win. I just put my hand up, someone had to bat through the innings. It is all about reading the situation of the match.

Rashid Khan: Thanks to the crowd for supporting our team. Hopefully, they will come out in T20s too. We have improved as a team in every game. Asghar and Nabi finished in the right manner and helped us in posting a good total. We should have defended that target but Hope didn't give us any chance. He batted superbly. Nothing to change, we just need to focus on taking the right decisions. And my message to the boys would be to enjoy their cricket.

21:30 Local Time This run-chase has been all about Shai Hope. He anchored the innings to perfection and guided his team home like a true champion. Windies were off to a horrible start(4/2) as they lost Evin Lewis and Shimron Hetmyer very early in the innings. But that didn't affect the composure of Hope one bit, he kept finding partners - King first, Pollard next and Chase in the end to chase down the total. Pollard decided to promote himself and added 63 valuable runs with Hope in just 56 balls to provide the impetus required in the middle overs. The partnership took West Indies close and Roston Chase along with Shai Hope of course, finished off the proceedings in a comfortable fashion. Hope in the process notched-up his 7th ODI hundred too. Hang around for the presentations.
