So, that's a wrap to our coverage of this one-off Test between Afghanistan and West Indies. We've barely had over two days of play and gotten a result, thanks to the pitch that started taking spin right from the first day. Once that happened, it was about which side showed better application and the inexperienced Afghans fell prey to their own strengths. But as Rashid said, still early days and with more exposure, they can get their batting sorted. For the Windies, India tour continues as they take on Kohli's men in a limited-overs series featuring three T20Is and as many ODIs. That begins on December 6. Do join us for that. For now, switch tabs to enjoy other cricketing action. Cheers!!
Man of the Match: Rakheem Cornwall for his 10-wicket match haul, the third best figures ever by a West Indies bowler in India.

West Indies is the first team since 2002 to win a Test match when a visiting team chose to field in Asia. Previously too, it was West Indies, who won against Bangladesh in Dhaka.
10:33 Local Time, 05:03 GMT, 10:33 IST: This is a victory that will taste really sweet for West Indies. Granted that Afghanistan are still a rookie Test nation but beating them in spinning conditions in India is still a fine achievement for Holder's men. And to do so in such a ruthless manner is all the more satisfactory. It did seem like the WI skipper had erred at the toss but Cornwall's 7-fer gave the Windies a firm advantage on the first day and that was further consolidated by a Brooks hundred with help from Campbell and Dowrich. Cornwall again ran amok in the second innings with Chase, while Holder finished off the tail this morning as Afghanistan were shot out for 120. If Rashid's boys were guilty of wasting starts in the first innings, they couldn't even hang in, in the second essay. On this turning pitch, even a lead of 120-130 could have been a fighting one but just having 30 on the board meant a cruise for West Indies. This Test will be remembered for the Brooks-Cornwall heroics while Afghanistan's only bright spot was left-arm spinner Hamza who snared a 5-fer in his debut innings.
Amir Hamza to John Campbell, FOUR, Campbell seals a clinical win for WI! Almost a one-handed loft over cover, slightly inside out fashion and even though it isn't middled that well, the southpaw will get a boundary that completes the formalities
Amir Hamza to John Campbell, no run, fuller and on off, Campbell leans forward and blocks

Rashid Khan to Shai Hope, no run, flatter and on off stump, whips off the back foot to mid-on
Rashid Khan to Shai Hope, no run, fuller and around middle, Hope lunges forward to defend
Rashid Khan to Shai Hope, 2 runs, flatter and on leg stump, whipped away through square leg. They run the first one hard and get the second as well despite a stutter due to the slowness in the outfield
Rashid Khan to Shai Hope, FOUR, beautifully struck! Too full from Rashid and Hope makes a hint of room to drive it sweetly. Gets it wide of the mid-off fielder and there's no stopping these. WI just a hit away now
Rashid Khan to Shai Hope, no run, flatter and around off, Hope gets his front pad out of the way to defend
Rashid Khan to John Campbell, 1 run, walks across to this leg break and whips it with the turn down to long-on
