Afghanistan showed again who is the superior team, they have two magicians in their side in the form of Rashid Khan and Mujeeb Zadran. Both of them displayed their sorcery again and Zimbabwe were clueless against them. In the end it was a walk in the park for the Asian newbies. Hope you would have enjoyed our coverage. This is Varun Dixit signing off on behalf of Kumar Abhisekh and Nikhil Jadhav.

Asghar Stanikzai, winning captain - Toss doesn't matter on this wicket because we have quality spinners. We thought it is better bowling first as dew comes in the second innings. All credit goes to Mujeeb and Dawlat, everything went well for us today. Shahzad is an entertainer. World Cup qualifier is round the corner and he is a very important player for us. His form would be crucial for us.

Graeme Cremer, losing captain: Tough day in the office for us, we lost wickets in a bunch and their spinners were too good for us. A very poor performance from us. We are going for the boundaries in the first 10 overs and not rotating the strike often enough. It is not easy against the quality spin attack and we need to improve on that. We have one more game before the World Cup Qualifiers and we are not going to take it lightly. We will try to give our best in the last game.

Mujeeb Zadran, Man Of the Match: Captain and senior players gave me confidence that is the reason I am bowling well, I am very happy with my performance. I want to be the best bowler for Afghanistan in the future.

Comprehensive victory for Afghanistan, almost a flawless performance from the Asian team. The spinning duo of Rashid Khan and Mujeeb Zadran were the wreckers-in-chief again, this time the latter grabbed a five-wicket haul and restricted Zimbabwe to a dismal 134. Mohammad Shahzad came out firing right from the word go and in his trademark style dispatched Zimbabwean bowlers all around the park. Ihsanullah was slow to start off but once he got his eye in, he also joined the party and made a mockery of the target.

Ryan Burl to Ihsanullah, FOUR, Ihsanullah finishes the match off in style and gets to his fifty with that shot. The opener wanted to reach the milestone and that might have been the reason why he was turning down the single in the last over. Afghanistan take a 3-1 lead in the series and win the bilateral series with a game to spare.
