That's it from the game. Bangladesh have the opportunity to close out the series on Friday. But both teams would want to adapt better and find a way to get close to that 150 mark. "Losing wickets put a bit of pressure in the dressing room," said Mahmudullah. So his team would be keen on finish strong with the bat. Australia need to find a way to string a couple of sizeable partnerships. Can't just be Mitch Marsh vs the opponents. Wade is hopeful of a better game with the bat next time around. Tune into us on Friday for the third T20I, same time, same place. See you!

Mahmudullah: It's very pleasing how Afif and Sohan (Nurul Hasan) stood up and carried till the end, showed a lot of maturity. Bowlers did a very good job to restrict them around 120. Shakib was very crucial with his bowling and batting, shows how valuable he is. Losing few early wickets causes tension in the dressing room but the way Sohan and Afif batted, it took a bit of pressure off us, the dressing room was quite relieved. Mustafizur has always been effective in these conditions, Shoriful bowled very well, every bowler chipped in. We are taking each game at a time, we need to stand up and perform to the best of our abilities.

Afif Hossain | Player of the Match: Was thinking I should stay in the middle till the end. We just had to stay calm and knock around. That was the plan. Nurul played well too to take pressure off. Doesn't matter if you are young or old, just got to do it for the team.

Matthew Wade: We were in a good position today with a couple of set batters, but didn't cash in at the back end. Should have got high 130s or 140s, which would have been a winning score on that track. The bowlers from both teams have done really well. Bowling isn't the problem for us, got to tidy up with the bat.

21:29 Local Time: This is the first time Bangladesh have beaten Australia in successive games in any format. A fan on the terrace of a building waves the flag. Their team enjoys this win, their fans sure would be enjoying too. There was a scare when Shakib, Mahmudullah and Mahedi departed in the space of 9 runs, but Afif Hossain and Nurul Hasan were stars. The former never shied away from playing shots and got the boundaries to keep the run rate in check, while the latter held the other end tight. Shakib played a vital hand at 3 with four boundaries too. Mitch Starc's 13-run third over put the hosts ahead. Although Agar, Zampa and Hazelwood were good, their batters hardly put up a score on the board. This was definitely not a 121 wicket. 140 would have been challenging. We shall hear from the captains shortly...
