That brings to an end our coverage of this series. We have lots and lots more action coming up. Don't forget to join us for that. Till next time, it's time to sign off. Bye.
Time for the trophy presentation and Rohit invites KL - who was the captain in the first two games to come and share it with him. That's nice. Then the entire team with a lot of local Saurashtra players who helped out on the field today come together to pose for the cameras. Rohit makes sure he acknowledges the local players as they beam for the cameras. That brings to an end the series and it's the last one before the all important big event. India looking strong but still have a few things to work on. Same with Australia who will be happy to head there with a win.
Also Shubman Gill was presented with the Player of the Series award which Rohit collected as Gill is not here.
Rohit Sharma | India captain: I'm pretty happy, of course I would like to go all the way along but if I'm hitting like that I'm happy. The last 7-8 ODIs we have played really well, we have been challenged under different conditions and different teams, I thought we responded to that challenge pretty well. Unfortunately not the result we wanted today. [on Bumrah] I'm pretty happy, more importantly how he feels body-wise, he has got so much skill, one bad game can happen to anyone. How he feels mentally and body-wise is key for us and that's looking good for us. When we talk about the 15 we are very clear what we want. We are not confused, we know where we are headed as a team. It's a team sport and we want everyone to come and play their part - that's how we win championships. It's about looking after the body and try and stay fresh for the next one and half months.
Glenn Maxwell | Player of the Match: Not too bad, is it! It has been a lot of hard work. The South Africa tour was a bit of a setback, but sped things up as well, got back home and got an injection. I don't have any travel issues unlike the others. I look fresh. It's nice to chip in, if Mitch Marsh wasthere on the field, we would have chopped and changed [on the bowling]. Since he was not there, had to bowl more. That will be the role of the allrounders in this World Cup. We are all trying to be as flexible as possible. We have a super-flexible list and it's good to get some momentum before the World Cup.
Pat Cummins | Australia captain: I must say I'm pretty happy to bowl in the night than in the heat. Both have not played a lot, Maxwell four-fer and Starcy looked in great rhythm. Trav Head won't be fit for the start of the tournament. I will be pretty worried about opening the bowling against them [on Warner-Mitch Marsh]. Ash Agar is back home with a calf and Head won't be fit for the next couple of weeks. Happy as it was the first hit where we have had almost a full-strength team.
Marnus Labuschagne: Nice to contribute. Nice to navigate that scenario (batting getting tougher with old ball) and get a good total on the board. It certainly felt like the game was nicest at the front end. Boys did well at the back end. It was a bit hard to slog. We have lost the series but it was really nice to bounce back and see the team gel, very satisfying performance.

21:35 Local Time, 16:05 GMT, 21:35 IST: A consolation win for Australia who also break their 5-match losing streak in ODIs. They will be happy with this - as this is the last ODI before the World Cup. India started the chase well with Rohit looking dangerous but it was the unexpected offbreaks of Maxwell which did the trick. He took the big wickets and finished with a four-fer to derail the chase. The Australian fielding and catching was outstanding with Marnus standing out in the deep. They did not allow anyone to go big and made the difference with lots of slower balls as the pitch slowed down a lot during the middle overs. Rohit, Kohli and Shreyas got scores but they did not kick on and that proved to be costly. Stay tuned for the presentation...
Green to Siraj, out Caught by Cummins!! Good catch ends the game. Siraj lofts over mid-off and Cummins runs back to take a fine catch over his head. Judged it so well as he put his head down, ran and then grabbed the skier. Siraj c Cummins b Green 1(8)

Sangha to Jadeja, out Lbw!! It's ump's call on hitting and Jadeja goes. Walked right across his stumps to heave the slower legbreak and missed. Struck on middle and leg and would have clipped leg-stump. Anil Chaudhary's decision stays despite the review. Jadeja lbw b Sangha 35(36) [4s-3 6s-1]
