That, then, is a wrap of Australia's first tour of Pakistan in 24 years. Some of these Aussie stars will now head to the IPL while Pakistan earn a well-deserved break before welcoming West Indies for a 3-match ODI series in June. Hope you had great fun following all the games. Until next time, good night and goodbye!!
Australia - 3, Pakistan - 2: End of a quite long-ish yet successful tour for Australia. The Test series was completely dominated by the batters with tracks offering very little for the bowlers. With first two Tests having ended in a draw, Australia made a bold declaration on the fourth day of the final Test to try and force a result. As it turned out, Pakistan took the bait and nearly forced Cummins to regret the timing of his declaration. Much like any champion side, the visitors stormed a comeback and a strong one at that by removing 8 wickets across the final two sessions with skipper Cummins, fittingly, claiming the last wicket of the series. To make it much better, his 8-wicket 'Player of the Match' performance helped Australia record their first Test series win in Asia since 2011. Usman Khawaja, the comeback man, had a fantastic series with 496 runs that included a couple of hundreds as well.
As for the ODIs, Australia never had the luck of the coin and were asked to bat first on all three occasions. Travis Head, after a poor Test series, racked up Australia's fastest hundred against Pakistan (70 balls) in the first ODI, helping his side clinch a comfortable 88-run win despite a commendable hundred from Imam-ul-Haq. Down and under pressure, the hosts responded brilliantly in the last two games with skipper Babar Azam compiling back-to-back hundreds alongside his best mate Imam who averaged nearly 100 throughout the series. While the second game saw Pakistan pull off their highest successful run-chase in ODIs, the third one turned to be rather one-sided as the hosts chased down a below par total with ease to register their first ODI series win over Australia since 2002.
Aaron Finch receives the trophy and the Aussies smile and pose for the cameras. To sign off, here's Raju Peethala with his final words on what has been a memorable tour of Pakistan by Australia.
Aaron Finch | Australian captain: It was certainly was, the way our bowlers attacked after the start they got, such an inexperienced attack as well was fantastic. Nathan Ellis came back well after a rought start which showed his character. Really good sign of things to come for our white-ball team. Everything we do will be with one eye on the World Cup - both in the T20 format and the ODIs. Really proud of the entire group, we have been in bubbles and other things but the resilience shown over the couple of years has been fantastic. To see so many youngsters come into the Australian team and do well is exciting for the future. We were happy with that, after the start they got, we know that Babar and Rizwan - they are fantastic at the top of the order. Anything under 180 we were happy and Cameron Green turned it around with those wickets. Glad that we don't have to bowl to Babar anymore [smiles]. From the Australian team and Cricket Australia to be the first team to tour in 24 years, we are very grateful, incredibly grateful for what the fans, what the PCB has given us. To all the fans, thank you very much. You have made it an incredibly special tour.
Aaron Finch is the Player of the Match.
Babar Azam | Pakistan captain: The way we started was good, but the back to back wickets cost us and we were 20 runs short. We have less matches before the World Cup, but Nawaz and Ashraf were unfit but Qadir took his chance and did well. I'm happy with the white-ball team and we will look to improve going forward. I want to thank the Australian team for coming on this tour. Hope they enjoyed themselves.
23:52 Local Time, 18:52 GMT, 00:22 IST: Australia wrap up the lone T20I to ensure that they have the last laugh on this historic tour. Coming to the chase, Finch and Head started off with clear intentions of maximising the powerplay. Even though wickets kept falling, Finch stood tall while Head, Inglis, Stoinis and McDermott played cameos around him. The dew also played a part and Usman Qadir bowled way too many full-tosses which helped release the pressure. Finch who struggled in the ODIs, made a welcome return to form and the World Champions sign off with a win. Pakistan fought gamely but their bowling was way too wayward for them to mount a serious challenge to win tonight. Stay tuned for the presentation.
Haris Rauf to McDermott, FOUR, but McDermott finishes it off for Australia. They end the tour on a high. Full and sliding into the pads, McDermott flicks wide of short fine and it races away. Poor ball with the fielder up. A punch of the air from McDermott after the winning shot and Australia in the dressing room are happy and celebrate
What a 19th over from Shaheen Afridi. 2 wickets and just the single off it. Has left 4 for the final over. The crowd still believe that Pakistan can win. Amazing atmosphere. Shouts of "Pakistan Jeetega" echo around the Gaddafi Stadium. Here's Rauf with the final over

Shaheen Afridi to Abbott, out Bowled!! The off-stump is flattened. Shaheen Afridi is pumped.
