Karunaratne and Cummins share the trophy. There's been some good cricket on view over these two matches, as well as plenty of chances that were missed by both teams which could've been crucial to the outcome. So that's it from Australia's tour of Sri Lanka. It started with the T20Is which Australia won 2-1. Sri Lanka bounced back with a 3-2 win in the ODI series and it's finished 1-1 in the Tests. Hope you enjoyed our coverage throughout. Until next time, it's goodbye!

Karunaratne, Sri Lanka captain: In first match we couldn't do much. We were focussing on getting a big one, all batters put their hands up and got a big total in the first innings. Knew it's going to be a good wicket for a couple of days. Chandimal got 200, others supported well. First one spun a lot, that's why we had to do something else. Here we had to play normal cricket. Could've been 2-0, but boys bounced back hard. Debutants did amazing job. Prabath - knew from the beginning he will be key. It's a confidence boost for the Pakistan series. Just want to play the basics and our heart out.

Cummins, Australia captain: Probably got ourselves into a position where 400-plus in the first innings was achievable. Had chances in the last couple of days, didn't grab them. These are the tours when you learn heaps. Think we can go home pretty pleased. Huge thank you for the love and the kind of hosts you've been to our team. We've had a great five weeks here. Can't wait to get back.

Chandimal, Player of the Series: Over the moon. If you're performing and team is winning, great feeling. Didn't have any plan at all. Just went there, wanted to be proactive especially against spinner. Wanted to rotate strike. Was a tough wicket in the first game. When I saw the wicket here, thought that the pitch is going to be good in the first three days. Wanted to capitalise in that time. Thought that if we can get more than 100 lead, we could put them under pressure. Thanks to my family. There was lot of ups and downs. Was in the side, not in the side. But your family and wife is there. Teammates always give their support, the support-staff and fans all of them.

Prabath Jayasuriya is Player of the Match

As well as Jayasuriya bowled, Sri Lanka's series-levelling win wouldn't have been possible without Dinesh Chandimal who scored his first-ever double hundred in Tests. A superb knock to secure a massive lead of 190. Be interesting to see who gets the Player of the Match award. Let's hear from the presentations.

16:57 Local Time, 11:27 GMT, 16:57 IST: Sri Lanka were bowled out in a single session as they were given a hammering in the first Test; now it's Australia's turn, losing 9 wickets in the final session on Day 4 to collapse to an innings defeat. Prabath Jayasuriya the star with the ball as he picked up 12 wickets on Test debut, six in the first innings and six in the second. What a spell that was from him today, running through the Australia lineup in a hurry on a pitch that wasn't really a minefield. The pitch for the first Test was a lot more responsive than this one. But the control he brought was something that Sri Lanka missed badly in that Test. Having been around the first-class circuit for a long time, Jayasuriya showed that he belonged here, proving to be a great addition.

M Theekshana to Lyon, out Lbw!! Another LBW decision in favour of Theekshana, and there's another review! This is a really full delivery on middle as Theekshana fires it in, Lyon goes for the sweep and misses, it hits him low on the pad and it's crashing into the stumps. There was a little spike on UltraEdge but it was due to the bat hitting the ground. Australia nine down. Lyon lbw b M Theekshana 5(3) [4s-1]
