So that would be all for tonight, and until the day after with the decider, on behalf of us, ta ta!!

Kieron Pollard | Winning skipper: When you start a cricket match you want to win. We have some work to do. I don't think we put out foot on the accelerator. Our batters didn't make it easy for us as well. Looks like we don't like to do things the easy way. The spinners were brilliant. The bowlers were brilliant. 180-190 was disappointing and that is how I would like to sum it up. I just think it's the opposition, Australia is Australia. Only one guy is missing from their bowling lineup, Pat Cummins. The fight was great from our boys. Pooran has been looking like his own self again. Both him and Holder scrapped through for us. It is a catch-22 situation with Mohammad. He has done well in the Super50. Chase does that anchor role well for us. We will look at it as a team and look to get better in the next few games. Improvements in all three facets is what we'll look for. We did well in the first ODI. I thought 120 should have been the total today. There isn't much to do in such a short turnaround. T20s have done really well for us.

Alex Carey | Losing skipper: It was an interesting game in the end. It doesn't help when you are five for not a lot. Wade and the bowlers brought us back into the game.We created opportunities in the end, but we were at least 30 runs short. Spin is a threat on these wickets. With the new ball it might spin and bounce a little bit more. A great effort to get to 190. Our bowlers did a fantastic job. We had an opportunity to crack it open again. We created enough to stay in the game. Bring on game three. The boys are really excited to get back after the Covid scare. The batting group would be looking to get a big score and it should shape up to be a good game.

Nicholas Pooran | MoM: I just want to thank God and dedicate this to my wife. It was a bit tricky, you couldn't drive the ball properly, so you just had to fight and fight. I was just trying to back my strengths and my abilities to hit hard and go over. Jason had a clear plan to defend off the back foot and it worked tonight. I work day in and day out. I just look to get better each day. I am getting a lot of experience now and I just look to eliminate my mistakes. Jason, Cottrell, Akeal bowled fantastically. We gave them too many runs. We gave Australia a chance with our misfields and we didn't want to do that.

21:45 Local Time: It might look like one of those simple small chases, but boy, there was enough drama right, and enough confidence in both these sides to produce some twist from nowhere. West Indies really had no business taking this game so deep. Having had Australia at 45/6, letting them amble on to 187 was pretty poor. The Aussies then had the momentum, came out firing with the ball as Starc cleaned up Lewis and Bravo quickly. Zampa then spun a web, reducing the Windies further to 72/5. However, the Pooran-Holder stand, 93 runs in it and the most for the sixth-wicket at the Ken Oval, was enough to see them home. Both of them batted very sensibly, mixing aggression with defence. Okay, the presentations are here ..

6-0-37-1

37.6

Turner to Alzarri Joseph, FOUR, slogs, connects, gets it into deep mid-wicket, kills all the drama, and draws level, 1-1

37.6

Turner to Alzarri Joseph, 5 wides, spinning down leg, past Joseph's stuck-out pad, and past the keeper whos failed to get across in time. Okay, if that earlier six didn't seal it, this surely does ..

37.5

Turner to Pooran, 1 run, a dash of inside-out in this lofted drive, one-bounced to long-off

37.4

Turner to Pooran, no run, scoots low, with Pooran continuing to play it off the back foot, defensively, successfully

37.3

Turner to Pooran, no run, lines up behind now, knocking it back down the pitch

37.2

Turner to Pooran, no run, shorter, spinning sharply as Pooran adjusts off his back foot to keep it out

37.1

6

Turner to Pooran, SIX, full, floaty, slot ball. And belted into long-off, hard, flat. This should seal it ..

Mitchell Starc

10-1-26-3

36.6

Starc to Alzarri Joseph, no run, and he sees Starc out, digging this yorker out to point. It's been some spell this: 10-1-26-3.

36.5

Starc to Pooran, 1 run, neatly disguised slower one, and Pooran pushes at it away from his body, having to check his shot at the last second, with the ball chipping wide of mid-off

36.4

Starc to Alzarri Joseph, 1 run, brute of a bouncer, getting Joseph in a real awkward tangle as he fends in desperation more than anything else, and gets just enough bat to get it to pop behind mid-wicket

36.3

Starc to Alzarri Joseph, no run, very full, on the stumps, squeezed back down the pitch

36.2

Starc to Alzarri Joseph, no run, in-angling yorker, just outside off and a little too good for Joseph who despite trying to jam his bat down, doesn't connect

36.1

Starc to Pooran, 1 run, a shuffling glance, not quite off the middle, but trickling away into the leg-side
