That's all we have from this T20I series. It was all easy-peasy for the Kiwis. Lots of pondering to be done for Bangladesh. They need to pull up their socks and come back stronger in the Test series which commences from January 8. Hope you enjoyed our coverage. Until next time, it's a goodbye from all of us here. Ciao!
Series summary: In the first T20I, Mahmudullah found some form after a string of failures in the ODI series and cracked a fifty to save Bangladesh from the blushes. The bowlers did manage to get early wickets but KW stole the thunder. Asked to bat first in the second game, the Kiwis propelled to a massive score courtesy of a belligerent 52-ball century from Munro and was ably assisted by Bruce, who essayed his maiden T20I fifty. In reply, Sabbir and Sarkar showed promise but the visitors were eventually skittled out for 167. The script was similar in the last T20I as well, with New Zealand getting away after a slump and the Bangladeshi batsmen unable to handle the pressure in the run chase.
Corey Anderson is the Man of the Match for his 41-ball 94.
The chase was always an uphill task for Bangladesh. The openers gave a good start. An excellent platform was set for the middle order batsmen but none of them converted their starts. The asking rate was creeping up and they lost a slew of wickets looking to up the ante. Shakib and Sarkar played handy cameos, however, that wasn't quite enough to take the visitors over the finish line.
It's 6-0. No, it isn't a football scoreline but Bangladesh's track record on this tour so far. They have surrendered meekly. This is their 19th successive loss against the Black Caps in New Zealand. Terrible, terrible performance. Coming to this match, it was straightforward. A dead-rubber and Bangladesh were only playing for pride. They had the Kiwis on the mat at 41/3, but failed to capitalize. They couldn't quite make inroads further and allowed the pair of Williamson and Anderson to repair the innings. The duo went like a train on fire after seeing off the first ten overs. Both complied fifties. After KW's dismissal, Anderson hit fifth gear and went into crash-bang-wallop mode to lift the Kiwis' total to 194.

Boult to Nurul Hasan, 1 run, it's all over. New Zealand sweep the T20I series 3-0. A back of a length delivery on middle and leg, Nurul turns it into the on-side and collects a single
Boult to Nurul Hasan, FOUR, a boundary but it doesn't make any difference to the total. Like adding a drop of water into the ocean. Nurul waits in his crease, opens the bat face and nicley steers it in the gap between backward point and short third man
Boult to Rubel, 1 run, direct hit and Nurul would've been on his bike. Rubel pushed it in front of cover, his partner wanted to be on strike and set off blindly, KW collects the ball and fires a throw at the strikers end but misses the target. Nurul survives
Rubel Hossain, right handed bat, comes to the crease
Boult to Shakib, out Caught by Corey Anderson!! Shakib perishes. Bangladesh are fading away. Shakib tries to flat-bat a pull to this short ball, gets it off the cue-end and hits it straight to long-on. Anderson steadies himself and he ain't dropping those. Boult to Shakib, THATS OUT!! Caught!!
Boult to Nurul Hasan, 1 run, short of length delivery on middle, dropped in front of mid-wicket
Boult to Nurul Hasan, no run, Nurul looks to improvise but it yields nothing. Walks across his sticks and tries to scoop it fine, misses and makes himself look silly

4-0-37-1
Santner to Shakib, FOUR, another boundary for Shakib but it's too late. Sinks low and plays the sweep behind square. No chance for the fielder in the deep
Santner to Nurul Hasan, 1 run, punched hard towards cover
Santner to Shakib, 1 run, wristed down to long-on
Santner to Shakib, FOUR, Shakib is still fighting. Goes back and pulls a short ball fiercely through mid-wicket. Split the gap to perfection
Nurul Hasan, right handed bat, comes to the crease
Santner to Mosaddek, out Caught by C de Grandhomme!! Half the side gone now. After bowling full outside off and getting smashed for a boundary, Santner has learnt his lesson. Bowled it much slower and dipped on the batsman, Mosaddek went low for a cross-batted swipe, miscues it - off the toe-end and skies it only as far as deep mid-wicket. A dolly and Grandhomme accepts it gleefully. Mosaddek c C de Grandhomme b Santner 12(7) [4s-2]
