18:15 Local Time, 10:45 IST: That's that then. A dead rubber remaining in Dunedin, as the Kiwis wrap up the series here at the Hagley Oval courtesy a Martin Guptill special. Another one. That's certainly good news for the Kiwis looking ahead to the World Cup. Every cricketing and even non-cricketing conversation ends up at the World Cup, doesn't it? And why not? It's the biggest event in our sport, and rightly so. The guests, though, need to introspect, and should be looking to rectify the problem - their skipper already seems to have identified it. Top order batting. On that note, it's a goodbye from our crew here - Pradeep Krishnamurthy, Sriram AS, Vinod, and yours truly, Rishi Roy. We'll see you at Dunedin then. Ciao!

Kane Williamson, New Zealand captain: A clinical performance from us. The guys are coming out and performing their roles. We got a bit of overcast conditions, and a responsive surface in our favour, and the early wickets were important. The guys learnt some harsh lessons in the Indian series - that's important, and you need to learn from those kind of series. Martin Guptill was brilliant in the first game, and just carried on in this game. Back to back hundreds - that's freakish. The guys just played around him and built some partnerships. He's been hitting it beautifully. I just wanted to play straight and second fiddle to him. Just wanted to assist his freedom. I'm looking forward to my break. It's been a busy summer, but I'm looking forward to Dunedin and the Test matches.

Mashrafe Mortaza, Bangladesh captain: It was a tough day. The morning weather was good for bowling. Despite losing wickets, Mushy was set, but if we got a few partnerships up top, it could have been a different match. Mithun has kept scoring runs, that's a positive, but I think we have to score more heavily at the top. Mustafizur bowled well, but not many other positives from this game. We have to play as a group, in both matches we got 220-230ish, but we need to get to 270-280. We need bigger partnerships like 60-70 runs rather than 30-32, so hopefully we can step up and give our best. There's still a match left.

Martin Guptill, Man of the match: There was a lot more flow and rhythm in that one, sort of left like where I was a few years ago. There was a bit of time spent in Napier, and it was a nicer wicket to bat on. Stats don't really drive me, milestones are secondary, you only go out there to win the game for your team.

17:57 Local Time, 10:27 IST: New Zealand have made short work of this. Bangladesh, due to lack of overseas experience or otherwise, have fallen short in terms of technique and tactics in this series, but did all they could to set the Kiwis a competitive target of 227. One would think that the hosts did themselves no good, dropping all those chances - 4, to be specific, but then again, as the cliche goes, all's well that ends well. Bangladesh gave themselves something to bowl at. But the Kiwis, led by a back-in-form Martin Guptill, cruised to the target without any fuss, as the big man crunched a slightly more brutal hundred than the one in the last game, complemented well by his captain's half-century, and a Taylor cameo to clean 'em up with 8 wickets remaining and 83 balls to spare. Time for the presentations, coming up in a moment.

Mehidy Hasan to Williamson, FOUR, a toss-up on middle, Williamson steps forward and takes it on the full to drive it inside out through deep extra cover for four. That's a 2-0 series win for the Kiwis with one game still to go, as the captain finishes off, unbeaten, ruthless, and clinical...
