So that's all we have from this game. Hope you enjoyed our coverage. Until next time, it's goodbye!

22:28 Local Time, 09:28 GMT, 14:58 IST: A few days ago they had their first ODI win in New Zealand, and now Bangladesh register their maiden T20I win as well. It was another excellent performance with the ball that set it up for them. New Zealand were rattled early after being put into bat, getting reduced to 20/4, and it was hard to come back from there despite a good recovery from James Neesham. Shoriful Islam did the damage once again in helpful conditions, but even the off-spin of Mahedi Hasan proved very effective with the new ball. He knocked over Tim Seifert in the very first over, and then dismissed the dangerous Daryl Mitchell as well. New Zealand fought back and got up to 134, and even made early inroads during the chase as Bangladesh went ultra-aggressive with the bat. Litton Das, however, dropped anchor and absorbed all the pressure to steer his team home. Asking rate wasn't an issue, so he took his time and cut loose in timely fashion to ensure there was no late drama.

Ben Sears to Litton Das, 2 runs, low full toss around off, Das walks across and scoops it past the keeper. Hasn't quite got it in the middle, but will get a couple of runs as fine leg cuts it off. 14 off the final over from Sears, and just 10 more needed now for Bangladesh

17.5

Ben Sears to Mahedi Hasan, 1 run, oh what a save from Allen! Short of length into the body, Mahedi pulls nicely and it's racing away wide of deep backward square. But Allen charges across and flicks it back in

6

Ben Sears to Litton Das, SIX, Sodhi takes the catch but steps on the ropes! That should be the game for Bangladesh. Full outside off, Das walks across and scoops it in the air. Sodhi is close to the ropes at fine leg, and can't keep his balance well enough for long enough

Ben Sears to Litton Das, FOUR, hammered down the ground! Pitched up around off, Das advances and swings through the line. Southee dives across at mid-off but can't get to it

Ben Sears [3.0-0-22-1] is back into the attack

Bangladesh need 24 off the last three overs. Das getting some attention from the physio. Looks like something to do with his right leg. Meanwhile, there's a good atmosphere in the ground as this game heads towards a close finish. Das the key for Bangladesh who are still ahead in the game

16.5

Southee to Mahedi Hasan, 2 runs, direct hit would've been close! Instead, they get an overthrow. Good length on middle, Mahedi works it in front of midwicket and it's a tight single. The fielder charges in, picks up cleanly and throws, but misses the stumps. Das was struggling there

Mid-on goes back to the boundary now. Fine leg, deep third are at the boundary as well
