Bangladesh as travellers have been as meek as lambs. They have been consistently preyed upon. Pakistan on the other hand have bounced back after their tough tour down under. Pakistan had won two T20Is a week ago and they were clinical in this Test at Rawalpindi. We do have one more Test and an ODI to go, but that shall be in the first week of April. That shall be all from our side for today. It was pleasure bringing you the live coverage of this Test over the last four days. In the company of Kumar Abhisekh Das, Pradeep Krishnamurthy and Sreenivas, this is Nikhil signing off. Au revoir!

Azhar Ali | Pakistan skipper: It was a wonderful performance, one of those days where we could be proud of the reviews we took. Proud of the boys, Rizwan and others. Hopefully we can take this forward as usually we are not good with reviews. Every match is important in the Test championship. Credit to all the players. Taking 20 wickets is important, but it was a good effort by the bowlers in the first innings. They bowled in the right areas and took wickets in the first innings. Credit to Shan and Babar who laid the platform for us. I think our batting is more experienced, and we have exciting fast bowlers. It's a good combination for us. I said in the press conference, Rawalpindi was fantastic when Sri Lanka came here, and they didn't disappoint this time around as well. Thanks to the crowd and the players. Naseem Shah's hat-trick was fantastic and I need to congratulate him.

Mominul Haque | Bangladesh skipper: It was a flat wicket, so disappointed with the way we batted. We should have got a better total. In Test cricket you need to score big in the first innings, probably around 400 or thereabout. It's a big achievement for us to win the U19 World Cup. Every one is proud of the youngsters.

Naseem Shah | Man of the Match: Not a big issue, nothing serious in the MRI scan. Getting a hat-trick in front of the home crowd is a huge achievement. The crowd supported us throughout the match. The review that Azhar Ali took, was a crucial one. He suggested it was hitting the leg stump. And I tried to follow it up with a yorker and then a straighter one. I'll try my best in future and it's wish of mine to continue doing the same for my country.

11:26 Local Time, 06:26 GMT, 11:56 IST: Bangladesh's red letter day on 9th February thanks to their colts hasn't inspired much when it comes to their form in red ball cricket. Their abominable returns on away tours refuse to relent. The fresh addition to it is an innings defeat by 44 runs. A four-wicket haul by Shaheen Afridi in the first innings, centuries by Babar Azam and Shan Masood in the second innings and the hat-trick by 16-year-old sensation - Naseem Shah were the highlights of this particular Test. The hosts won the toss, put in Bangladesh to bat first and restricted them to a paltry score on day 1. And been accustomed to these playing conditions, the Pakistani batsmen made sure to make the opportunities count. Apart from the two centuries by their top order batsmen, there were pivotal contributions from others too - Asad Shafiq and Haris Sohail in particular. Liton Das and Rubel did manage to frustrate the opposition earlier this morning, but once that partnership was broken, it was just a matter of time. All in all, a clinical team effort by Pakistan has helped them clinch 60 championship points. Hang in for the presentations..

Yasir Shah to Abu Jayed, out Caught by Shafiq!! Here it is. Pakistan win. Win big by an innings and 44 runs. An absolute shellacking. Abu Jayed went for the bait which was a tossed up leggie, got a top-edge and the man at slip ran back to take it. Just more than an hour needed for Pakistan to wrap it up on day 4. Yasir Shah to Liton Das, out Lbw!! Bangladesh are being rolled over again in a Test. Their last recognized batter is gone. Looked to sweep a fuller ball and missed it to be out LBW. Umpire Llong didn't give it out but Yasir Shah and Rizwan were adamant in reviewing it. And they were correct. That landed on leg and would have traversed a path towards the sticks. Liton Das lbw b Yasir Shah 29(59) [4s-4 6s-1]

Yasir Shah to Liton Das, THATS OUT!! Lbw!!

Pakistan have reviewed an LBW call. Liton Das went for the sweep and missed a relatively full ball. Umpire Nigel Llong didn't seem convinced but the keeper and bowler decided to review. No bat. Looks to have landed on leg as well. It is three reds and Liton Das will have to depart. The ball was crashing into the leg pole.
