For now, this is Vineet Anantharaman saying goodbye on behalf of Abhinand Raghavendran and Mukesh. Ta ta!!

Quinton de Kock: I was quite excited to get out there. The other batsmen did not need me in the Test matches but am glad to go out there and get to bat. When we bowled today it was quite slow and the wicket got flatter and started skidding on when we batted. I am happy to contribute to the team, was excited just to go out there and bat, leave alone score runs. I am more of a calming influence on Hashim (laughs). It is a privilege to bat with him and we have a good understanding with each other.
Quinton de Kock is the Man of the Match
Faf du Plessis: We are playing really well. Once again a dominating performance and that is what we are looking for. We are feeling a bit sorry for the Bangladeshi team but this is what being ruthless is all about. We could've easily thrown things away but ensured that we got through unbeaten. I thought the wicket was a bit slow to start off and the way our batters played was difficult for them to control. With the wind as strong as this we tried to eliminate one side of the wicket. We always look to get wickets and that is what the chats with my bowlers were. I, in fact went to the coach and spoke to him about getting Andile in to get him to finish games. Quinton was exceptional with the way he put pressure on the bowlers and Hash was what he is usually. They were greedy and that's how you need to be.
Mashrafe Mortaza: Mushy batted really well. I thought the wicket was really good but we couldn't bowl according to how it behaved. We need to learn to bowl defensively and need to be more penetrative. Tests and ODIs are very different. If we can stop runs from both ends the wickets would come. Once Tamim wasn't fit, we thought that one of the seniors needed to come up the order and that is why Shakib was promoted. Mustafizur was injured as well and that's why went bowling heavy. Tamim I think would be fit for the next game.
10 wickets, 43 balls is what remains as South Africa romp home. Trampling eleven sub-continental souls as they go. It was a masterclass put up, with hardly a fuss as these two got home. Unscathed. They've knocked out some age-old records as they've knocked out these runs. At the half way mark, the total did look competitive, but all the bowlers could compete was to get one stray appeal and one catch. At no other point did Quinton and Hash look like doing anything silly, nor did the bowling look penetrative. Mushy's century seems years ago. Hang on, here's a listen in to the captains.
Mortaza to de Kock, FOUR, and he officially does it again. Full, on the pads and begging to be flicked. Quinton obliges, whisking it through mid-wicket. That's as comprehensive as things could be
Mortaza to de Kock, FOUR, finishes just the way he started. And the way he played through the middle. Gets a length ball in the slot and whacks it away, in the air, over mid-wicket. Flush on the ropes. Oh no..that's a millimeter inside. I take back my words. He almost does it
Mortaza to de Kock, no run, full face of the bat in a punch to mid-off
Mortaza to Amla, 1 run, stays up on the bounce to pull it round the corner
Mortaza to de Kock, 1 run, gone down. The one chance Bangladesh had of having something to show goes through the hands, literally. Quinton, in a hurry to finish it off walks down and hammers the lofted on-pull. Picks out long-on, and his buttery fingers

Taskin Ahmed
8-0-61-0
Taskin Ahmed to Amla, no run, another yorker. Bang under the bat..so Taskin does his bit of delaying the inevitable
Taskin Ahmed to Amla, no run, nicely done. Right in the blockhole and some respect from Amla with the squeeze out for a change
Taskin Ahmed to de Kock, 1 run, a yorker on leg. All bat as Quinton whips it through mid-wicket. For some reason Taskin was keen on an appeal
Taskin Ahmed to de Kock, wide, sprays it down leg. Oh he's missed out on free runs with his flick here
Taskin Ahmed to de Kock, FOUR, with disdain now. The hands extend as he waits for the short one to rise and lofts it over mid-wicket. South Africa into needing single digits now
Taskin Ahmed to Amla, 1 run, a hint of late tail back. Drilled through the covers
