South Africa level the series and take it to the decider on the 23rd. We will be there. Hope you enjoyed the coverage and thanks for the comments. Check out all the reaction and analysis, plus a host of other things on this plaform. Until next time, signing off on behalf of everyone here. See you soon and don't forget to sleep tight. Bye.

Temba Bavuma | Winning captain: I have to go for a scan, tomorrow I think and we will see what comes out on the scan but it's a bit sore at the moment. Resilience is obviously a big thing for us, in saying that we want to start the series well. It is never ideal going down in the first game and always kind of claw your back into the series. Whether it's us kind of easing our way into a series, or lack of match intensity I'm not sure but it's not something we plan on doing. Not something I pride myself as a captain but from a resilience point of view I will take it any day. The guys convinced me to bowl. I needed a lot of convincing. Fantastic from Quinny, we spoke about it being tricky with the new ball, we will take whatever positives and we will take the confidence from today. There's still areas we would like to improve on but we will take whatever momentum we have achieved in this victory.

Tamim Iqbal | Losing captain: I thought the wicket, this is not what we expected - you can have pace and bounce, that's a different case but uneven that's very hard to describe. Not taking anything away, we should have applied ourselves a little better. Maybe get 230-240 and see what happens. In the second innings it was also up and down especially with the new ball. We don't have too much experience playing here. We go by a lot of what stats says and stats says batting first wins games here. I think we cannot write it off this game, we definitely did some mistakes and we all know they are going to come really hard in the first 10. They are quality bowlers, we needed to handle them well like in the first game. There will be enough time to score, in the middle [overs] we can definitely score and hurt them but the first 10 will be key. Two young guys, we were struggling really bad. At one stage 100 was looking difficult. Afif played a good innings, Miraz again. Positive signs but hard to describe a game like this. I can blame the wicket and this and that, but at the end of the day we have to take the blame. We all know, he will come out and take some chances [on De Kock], some days it will go with him. Some days it won't. If you are chasing 250 and if he plays some shots and gets out, we will be very happy.

Kagiso Rabada | Player of the Match: After the first wicket, it hit a crack and bounced a bit, so we always knew we were in the game. Recently the Wanderers has been a bit uneven when you do hit the cracks, especially with the new ball. When the ball gets older and softer, the cracks don't play as much of a role. I thought we pitched the ball in challenging areas trying to make the batters play as much as possible and tried to bring the variable bounce in our favour. There are different game plans for each segments of the innings, the ball was gripping so our seamers used the change of pace to get grip and bounce. Not all batters are same, so there was no point pitching the ball in the same areas. There are a lot of things to take into account, but you need to keep things simple. It's incredibly important to have balance, and you need to rely more on your tactics and the intensity. You can't go all out aggressive. Your body language, the way you release the ball, that's where the aggression comes in from. We look at our intent to see how aggressive we can be, not just by bowling short balls.

16:37 Local Time, 14:37 GMT, 20:07 IST: South Africa have made a statement with today's performance after the shock loss in the opening ODI. Set up by Rabada with the ball, he was at his hostile best en route to picking up his 2nd five-fer against Bangladesh. If not for Afif and Mehidy's resistance with the bat, this game would've got over much earlier. Chasing 195, Quinton de Kock set the hosts on the way with a cracking innings and then it was a stroll from there. On a good Wanderers wicket, not enough runs for Bangladesh to make any impact with the ball. The series is now set up nicely for the decider at Centurion. Stay tuned for the presentation...
