So we are done and dusted with the first Test of the series, well before time. And it was a pretty ordinary performance by Bangladesh to be honest. Can they bounce back at Jamaica? For that, they need to make tremendous improvements in all three departments. So do join us for the action of that Test too. For now switch tabs and follow the action of the second T20I between England and India. On behalf of Sagar Chawla, Pradeep Krishnamurthy and Shashikant Singh this is Nikhil Jadhav signing off.

Kemar Roach, Man of the Match: I have played a couple of times against them before and done well. I am confident everytime when I am playing against Bangladesh. Also, playing at home helps. The pitches have helped me a lot. There is a bit of movement and bounce in the pitch. As a fast bowler you got to be licking your lips. A lot of things manifested. Shannon has been fantastic and so have been Holder and Cummins. As a whole bowling unit we have clicked.

Jason Holder, Windies captain: We started the series well, it's good. We should have won against Sri Lanka too, a series to be won. Credit to the bowlers though. Kemar bowled well with the support of others. We enjoyed the pressure. I guess we bowled one no ball in this Test and got a wicket as well. We could have been more clinical in the second innings as well. This has set the tone for the next game. All of our bowlers have got pretty tough work load. Hopefully, we'll try and keep winning. Very important, you know. I was pleased with my performance last week but we couldn't come out on top. We got a win here and it was a collective effort by us. Hopefully we'll do this in Jamaica as well.

Shakib Al Hasan, Bangladesh captain: It was very tough and we knew it was going to be tough. We have to work on areas in the next five days and pick ourselves. Adapting to these conditions won't be easy as we are not used to it. We need to stay fit and think positive in the coming week. Nurul batted really well today. Abu Jayed was impressive on his debut. The way he showed his character, looks a great prospect for future.

11:47 Local Time, 15:47 GMT, 21:17 IST: Game. Set. Match! A comprehensive victory for Windies as they were clinical in all departments - across the 7 sessions of the Test. The only positive for Bangladesh was the knock by Nurul Hasan. He showed their top-order that run scoring was difficult but not impossible with his counterattacking knock. Barring that, it was Windies all the way. Roach's breathtaking spell in the first innings that was followed by a gritty century by Kraigg Brathwaite. Fifties by Smith and Hope not to be forgotten too. As a result of that, Windies managed to notch up a massive lead of 353. Bangladesh couldn't really recover from that knockout punch in the first innings. Roach didn't take field in the second innings due to a niggle but Shannon Gabriel and Jason Holder worked in tandem to finish things off with the former bagging his career's fifth 5-wicket haul. Clinical Performance. Also, this is Windies' biggest innings win at home.

Miguel Cummins to Nurul Hasan, out Caught&Bowled!! Finally a wicket for Windies. This partnership was trying to frustrate the hosts. A short delivery around off, Nurul slaps it with a horizontal bat but doesn't quite get the timing on it. As the ball spoons back to Cummins, he leaps a touch and grabs it with both his hands. That was a pretty entertaining knock by Nurul though. The only positive for Bangladesh in this Test. Nurul Hasan c and b Miguel Cummins 64(74) [4s-6 6s-2]
