Bangladesh gave maybe 10-15 runs extra with the ball than they would have wanted and they did not win key moments with the bat to put pressure on West Indies. Powell got the hosts the 190+ score with some stellar hitting. Bangladesh still have a chance to level the series as the first game was washed off. A three-day break as teams move to Guyana. See you all on Thursday. Take care!

Nicholas Pooran | West Indies captain: We wanted to put their bowlers under pressure. It's a template we'd like to work on. The bowlers from both teams bowled well, they used the pitch well. Akeal read the pitch. Bangladesh's spinners bowled well too. It's important to manage our players, it's important to manage Alzarri's workload. Not only the fans, even the ground staff worked really hard. One of the best fans in the Caribbean, we love you guys.

Mahmudullah | Bangladesh captain: We didn't start well. Too many loose balls upfront which gave them the momentum. We picked a couple wicket but Rovman (Powell) took the game away from us. Shakib and Afif batted very well, but someone else should have supported them. Sometimes a break can help you, at times it's okay. It's just a matter of time to get along.

Rovman Powell | Player of the Match: The plan is simple, get a start, get myself in as I can always make it up. Was a very good wicket, unfortunate only two games here, wish we had three games here. A lot of credit has to go to my batting coach back home, he gave me better options against spin. Their (WI bowlers) execution was good, we did get wickets in the powerplay, getting three sets the match up perfectly in T20Is. Thanks to the people of Dominica, the fans were fantastic, hats off to them.

17:10 Local Time, 21:10 GMT, 02:40 IST: West Indies so happy to pull this off. Bangladesh will wonder why there was no urgency at one point. West Indies got early wickets and kept it tight after Afif's departure. Shakib had to bat deep. Nurul struggled to time the ball while the others could not make a telling contribution. The West Indies team do a lap of honour to thank the crowd for their support. The series now moves to Guyana for the final T20I and the ODIs. The weather thankfully held today to allow the hosts to enjoy a nice win.
