The trophy has been handed over to Mominul as the Bangladesh players join their skipper to pose along with the trophy for the cameras. This win will give Bangladesh a lot of confidence and they'll be looking forward to replicating this performance in the ODI series. There are three ODIs and three T20Is following this one-off Test, so it would be interesting to see how Zimbabwe bounce back in the limited-over fixtures. Bangladesh have a really strong ODI squad, but given the conditions at home, Zimbabwe should be able to put up a better fight. That's all we've got from this Test. It was a pleasure bringing you the live coverage over the last five days. This is Nikhil signing off on behalf of Vineet Anantharaman and Siva. You can switch tabs and follow the coverage of other live games..

Mominul Haque: Always feel proud when we win, be at home or be it abroad. When juniors contribute for the team, it always looks good. The partnership between Liton and Mahmudullah was crucial, and so was Taskin's innings of 75. It was such a flat wicket, but Mehidy took 9 wickets on such a wicket. So it was a complete team effort. Shakib also got crucial wickets.

Mahmudullah, Man of the Match: Always like to be a team man and contribute for the team. Really happy to see the smiles on their faces. Liton batted well, but missed out on his century. It was good to see him bat from the other end. Me and Taskin had a good partnership. He was a bit impatient at times, but we built a partnership and in the end it was a good total. If we play international cricket, there will be pressure. I tried to stick to my strengths, I tried to be as simple as I could.

Brendan Taylor: You need to seize the important moments in the game, and we couldn't do that. Bangladesh managed to do that, so Mominul and his team deserve the win. I got out at the wrong time, so disappointed with that. Kaitano played well on debut. We were in good positions, but we threw away the advantage. We're always up for it against Bangladesh. It's a quality side with top-class players. We'll try to give it a crack and come out on top in the limited-over matches.

From the bowling point of view, Mehidy was the pick of the lot as he claimed nine wickets, but Taskin deserves a round of applause for putting up a brilliant all-round show. He scored 75 runs in the first innings as he had a match-defining stand along with Mahmudullah for the ninth wicket. And he was sensational with the ball in the morning session as he claimed four wickets, altogether five scalps in the Test. The fielding from both the sides was pretty mediocre, so they need to brush up on that area before the limited-over series gets underway. For Zimbabwe, there were few individual performances, especially from Taylor and Kaitano, but rest of the batsmen couldn't really chip in as they fell well short of the target. Hang on for the presentations..

14:26 Local Time, 12:26 GMT, 17:56 IST: Bangladesh thump Zimbabwe and clinch the one-off Test by 220 runs. To be honest, this match could have got over a lot earlier had they taken those catches, but they'll be pretty satisfied with their overall performance. The visitors showed a lot of character, especially with the bat throughout the Test as their batsmen made the most out of the good batting conditions. In the first innings, it was the grit of Liton, Mahmudullah and Taskin that helped them post a massive first innings score. And in the second innings it was the centuries by Shanto and Shadman that helped them set a mammoth target of 477 for the hosts.

Mehidy Hasan to Ngarava, out Bowled!! Mehidy Hasan gets the last man! That's his ninth wicket of the Test, what a superb bowling performance by the off-spinner. Ngarava has a wild swing against this tossed up delivery, but manages to connect thin air as the ball goes through the gates. The middle stump has been uprooted and the celebrations in the Bangladesh camp have begun. Ngarava b Mehidy Hasan 10(27) [4s-2]
