Disappointing way for Zimbabwe to bow out of the finals race. But they still have one more game left, and will hope to sign off on a high. That will be day after against Afghanistan. Until then, it's a goodbye from us here!

Shakib, Bangladesh captain: Started well with the bat. Couldn't finish the innings the way we wanted. That's an area we can improve. Bowlers backed it up brilliantly. Credit to them. The way we fielded was terrific on this wet outfield. Biplob, the way he bowled, showed lots of courage. In a T20 match, more often than not, bowlers will win you matches. Going into the final, if we win that match, that'd be a huge boost. Momentum is important in T20 so it'll be an important game before the final.

Mahmudullah, MoM: Made up my mind I'll go from the first ball (that went for six). Wanted to try and be positive. Liton, Shakib and Rahim batted well. Bowlers kept faith in their abilities, fielders took their chances. Want to be more consistent in my form. Team expects consistency from me. Need to put our best performance in upcoming game to boost our confidence ahead of the final.

Hamilton Masakadza: If you lose half your side within 10 overs, you're always behind the game. I thought the score was chaseable, with the dew around, it was the right decision to chase. But we didn't get the start we wanted. We can't get to the final, but there's some motivation for the next match, we have never beaten Afghanistan. For the guys who are just starting (their careers), there's a long way to go.

22:03 Local Time, 16:03 GMT, 21:33 IST: Zimbabwe came close in their previous game against Bangladesh, but not so today. Their chase was over almost as soon as it started, plummeting to 8/3 in no time, which later went on to become 66/7. There was a maiden T20I fifty for Mutumbami lower down which provided a reason to cheer in an otherwise bleak scenario that sees the end of them in this tri-series. Bangladesh have booked their place alongside Afghanistan after a clinical performance which began with Liton Das's fireworks early on before Mahmudullah's half-century buffed up the total past 170 - way too much for Zimbabwe as it proved.

Mustafizur to Ainsley Ndlovu, out Bowled!! Oh dear. Ndlovu walks across a few yards into the off-side looking to scoop and takes himself out of reach of this length ball that zips through and plants middle stump into the earth. Not a bad way to symbolize Zimbabwe's exit from the finals race. Ainsley Ndlovu b Mustafizur 2(4)

Mustafizur to Ainsley Ndlovu, THATS OUT!! Bowled!!

Mustafizur to Jarvis, out Caught by (sub)Sabbir Rahman!! It's the trademark off-cutter that brings him his 50th T20I wicket. The ball's spinning away wide of off, Jarvis still looks to pull and drags it off the toe-end to deep midwicket. Jarvis c (sub)Sabbir Rahman b Mustafizur 27(20) [4s-1 6s-2]

Mustafizur to Jarvis, THATS OUT!! Caught!!

19.3

Mustafizur to Jarvis, no run, beats him with the slower bouncer that's slanted away outside off

19.2

Mustafizur to Jarvis, 2 runs, short of length delivery spinning away outside off, Jarvis toe-ends the pull down to long-on. They scamper back for the second that's fraught with risk. Direct-hit would've got Ndlovu at the bowler's end. Even a clean gather from Mustafizur might've been enough

19.1

Mustafizur to Ainsley Ndlovu, 1 run, back of a length delivery cutting away outside off, steered to short third man

Mustafizur Rahman [3.0-0-35-0] is back into the attack

Shafiul to Jarvis, SIX, full length around off, swung hard and flat to clear the long-off boundary. Was a desperate dive from the fielder in the deep that didn't fetch him much joy

Shafiul to Jarvis, no run, beaten by the bouncer that whistles past him. Too quick for Jarvis who was pressing forward
