Bangladesh take a 1-0 lead in the three-match T20I series against the World Champions. England have lost both their matches in Chattogram on this tour. But the action shifts to Dhaka where the tourists won both their ODIs. Can they bounce back and level the series? Join us on Sunday for the second T20I. Until then, it's goodbye...

Shakib Al Hasan | Bangladesh captain: The way we approached the game was fantastic, can't ask more from our team. When we were bowling, we were under the pump but no one panicked. Everyone knew what they needed to do. All the bowlers stuck to their plans. Other than my dropped catch, everyone fielded really well. (No fear approach) That's what we want to do. In T20s, when you don't think too much, you perform well. That's the environment we are trying to create in the dressing room. Hopefully we can continue this. This is a very good start. If you think about 2024, we'll be playing the World Cup in West Indies. We can build on from here. We can only get better so that we can put a very good team when the World Cup comes.

Najmul Hossain Shanto | Player of the Match: Towhid batted really well. I just watched the ball and played cricketing shots. I wasn't thinking about those two wickets. The way all the bowlers bowled, it was outstanding, especially Hasan and Taskin. I just had to bat normally. Rony and Litton started well, it helped the other batters.

Jos Buttler | England captain: Bangladesh finished the innings really well. We were in a position to really kick on and launch at the end, but we couldn't manage to get away. We were probably 20 short with our score and we had to chase a little bit in the field. Low bounce and a little bit slow but it played pretty well, it was consistent throughout the game. Bangladesh came out and played with a lot of intent and took the game on. That put us under a lot of pressure. We've got a lot of really good all-rounders, gives you lot of options as a captain, it's a nice position to be in the field.

18:13 Local Time, 12:13 GMT, 17:43 IST: Clinical performance from Bangladesh in front of a packed stadium. The bowlers were superb in the death overs to restrict England to 156 who would have eyed a total around 200 after getting off to a brisk start. In reply, the Bangladesh openers came out all guns blazing scoring 32 off the first three overs. Both of them were removed in quick succession. Shanto, on 0, played a reverse-sweep and was adjudged lbw. But the left-hander successfully reviewed it and played a gem of an innings. He played classy strokes, hit boundaries for fun and notched up a 27-ball fifty. Giving him company was debutant Towhid Hridoy and the duo brought the asking rate under 6 RPO by the halfway stage. England tried to make a comeback into the contest by removing both the set batters within a span of 7 deliveries. However, there were no further setbacks for the home team as Afif Hossain and Shakib wrapped up the game with an unbeaten 46-run stand. This is Bangladesh's first win against England in this format and they've done it in style. Stay tuned for the presentations...
