That’s all for today. With all this talk of lack of context to ODI games and players being forced into busy schedules, we got a real humdinger of a match today. We got two teams fighting hard, being a bit feisty and not giving an inch to entertain a packed stadium where crowds sang and danced throughout the 100 overs. Maybe that’s all the context modern day ODI cricket needs… With that thought, this is Saurabh signing off on behalf of Pradeep and Vinod.
Temba Bavuma | SA Captain and Player of the Match: Very special. Always a tough ask against England. This was a good way to test our way of playing. To chase down 340 like that, gives us a lot of confidence. Really enjoyable for me today, it's good I'm making myself valuable. We were pretty relaxed with David and Marco still there, it needed something miraculous for us to lose the game. We dominated the first 10 overs with the ball, and they felt the intensity. Our ending not as good perhaps. With the bat, it was about understanding the conditions well and using it to our advantage. Lovely crowds today, been a while since I played here. We feel it will be the same in Kimberley, thanks to the crowds today. Wednesday will be another chance for us to execute our plans.
Jos Buttler: We didn't expect the ball to swing as much. South Africa bowled really well, and for us to come back after that start to get 340 was brilliant. (On the chase)The wicket got a bit tougher as it got older last game, but today SA led from the front with Temba along with Markram, Klaasen and Miller. This was a really good game of cricket, very competitive and entertaining for the crowds. (On Harry Brook)He's been performing in T20 and Test cricket, this is a great start for his ODI cricket. We've come here to win games of cricket, but the bigger picture is building to that World Cup. We'll try to win next time.
18:31 Local Time, 16:31 GMT, 22:01 IST: A second consecutive win for South Africa and they claim the series as well. And they have deserved it today, what a splendid chase this has been! A record chase for this venue, with an all-round performance from the Protean batters. de Kock started the party with a valuable 31, blunting out the new ball. But the real hero was his opening partner Temba Bavuma, who answered his critics in some style with arguably his best ever ODI hundred. The skipper was looking inspired today, bisecting the fields with ease and getting a century at a strike rate over 100. Rassie van der Dussen, Marco Jansen and Aiden Markram played nice supporting roles, and David Miller then applied the finishing gloss. A vital win for South Africa's automatic World Cup qualification hopes, but England's poor form post the T20 World Cup continues. The few positives for them was Jos Buttler's return to form and Olly Stone bowling tight lines.
Woakes to Miller, SIX, slower delivery outside off. Miller says thank you very much for giving him the glory shot. Thumped over mid-off and sails all the way for a six. Ends it in style...
Chris Woakes [6.0-0-54-0] is back into the attack

Sam Curran
10-1-60-1
Sam Curran to Marco Jansen, FOUR, short and just outside off, Jansen shuffles closer and slaps it well wide of Topley at long-off. That should be the game now, a thumping boundary for Marco Jansen!
Sam Curran to Marco Jansen, no run, length ball on leg, Jansen tried to clip but missed. Lobbed off the pads towards short third
Sam Curran to Marco Jansen, 2 runs, in the blockhole, clipped softly to deep mid-wicket and that will be another couple. The cheers get louder from the crowds...
Sam Curran to Marco Jansen, 2 runs, short on off, slapped down the ground and over Curran but Roy from long-on was onto it in a flash. Two runs taken!
Sam Curran to Miller, 1 run, length ball outside off, pushed down to long-on
Sam Curran to Marco Jansen, 1 run, full toss on off, Jansen shuffles to clip it towards deep mid-wicket

Olly Stone
10-1-48-2
Olly Stone to Miller, no run, short pitched and pulled. Came off the top of the bat and Malan at short mid-wicket dives to his left and that's a dot!
Olly Stone to Miller, wide, full and goes down the leg side. Wide called!
Olly Stone to Marco Jansen, 3 runs, slower length ball, inside edge past the stumps towards fine leg as Jansen tried a big heave. Nobody in that region and Buttler has to chase after. Equation back to run a ball!
Olly Stone to Marco Jansen, no run, nice and quick on middle, pushed down the ground and a superb followthrough stop by Stone
Olly Stone to Marco Jansen, no run, hard length outside off, nice pace as well. Jansen goes for a big heave but can't connect
Olly Stone to Miller, 1 run, put down!! This was a full toss outside off, pushed uppishly and Moeen at short cover leaped to his left, got both hands but couldn't hold on. A tough chance, but a chance for sure. Gone begging!!
Olly Stone to Marco Jansen, 1 run, full on off, inside halves his drive towards deep square leg

9-1-50-1
Sam Curran to Miller, 2 runs, fuller on off, pushed towards extra cover and kept running away from Woakes. He does well to stop and concede just two. 50 for Miller, he needs to bat on to take his side home..
