The smile on Holder's face wouldn't be the most thrilling one but deep inside he will be overjoyed with this 2-1 scoreline. This Test match proved, the results in the first two Test matches were a bit of an aberration. But every connoisseur of the game would agree that Windies cricket under Jason Holder has improved leaps and bounds in the last 2 years. They have atleast formulated a plan (four pace bowler theory) to win in certain conditions. And trust me they won't be any pushovers at least in the Caribbean. Their next challenge at home in this format would be the World-number-one team India and boy with the spicy pitches we witnessed, it promises to be fascinating. But before that we have an IPL and World Cup to look forward to. Lot of cricket coming your way and we at Cricbuzz will be more than happy to dish it out to you in the best manner possible. Well, it's being a long hard day and I will put a full-stop here. This is Varun Dixit signing off on behalf of Vineet Anantharaman and Shashikant Singh. Goodnight and take good care of yourselves!
Jason Holder: Obviously a bit disappointed with the result of the final Test. But still some positives from this match. We played some good cricket in the entire series. We can pick up both positives and negative things. It was tough sitting on the outside and watching this Test match. It was pleasing to see Chase bat. I had a chat with Chase before this innings he wasn't unhappy with his dismissals. And I am happy with the way he played. We could have easily given it up but we fought till the end. Our bowlers did an outstanding job in the entire series. I am looking forward to the Test series against the world-number-1 team India. We need to improve in all facets of the game. This series victory will help us a lot morally. And it will help in the ICC rankings too. We aspire to become the World number 1 team. Lot of things to improve upon. I would thank crowd for coming up and watching the series.
Kemar Roach, Man of the Series: It was a pretty good series for me. All the hard work that I put in paid off. I was getting tired, but the rhythm was fine in the entire series. I am very proud of the guys. We would like to keep working hard and move forward. I am looking forward to the cricket coming up. We can be much better in batting. In the nets guys are working really hard.
Mark Wood, Man of the Match: I was full of confidence after playing for England Lions. I wasn't thinking about the speed gun. I watched Gabriel pretty much whole series thunderbolting them down so I thought I could get some back on them. It was a bit flat in the second innings. I am not thinking as far ahead as the Ashes.
Joe Root: We played some good cricket in this match. When the guys got in, they made it count. We played better in this match. Couple of guys performed very strongly. We have a fantastic squad of players with huge amount of ability and we are only going to get better. It was nice to contribute with the bat. Wood bowled really well with a huge amount of pace. It was great to be watching him on the field. It is great to come back into the side and put in such a good performance. He worked really hard and proved how good a player he is. It was a tough tour but it is pleasing to come back in the third Test after being outplayed in the first two. I would like to thank the crowd for their support, it has been fantastic and at times it's felt like we are playing at home.
16:41 Local Time, 20:41 GMT, 02:11 IST: Chase and Windies delayed the inevitable as far as they could. But in the end, it was beyond their lower order to take it to final day. Chasing 485, hosts got off to the worst possible start, losing three wickets in no time. But then Roston Chase played the innings of his life. He portrayed immaculate composure and whenever he was presented with an opportunity to unleash, he made sure to make full use of it. But a major chunk of his ton has to be credited to Roach and Joseph who were brilliant at number 7 and 8 respectively. Their contribution allowed Chase to reach closer to the three-digit-mark and in the end injured Keemo Paul assisted Chase in scoring a memorable ton. Unlike the first innings where Wood did the bulk of the damage, in second innings, it was a combined effort from the England bowlers. Anderson and Ali picked up three each and the other regular bowlers chipped in too. Hang on for the presentations.
Stokes to K Paul, out Caught&Bowled!! In the air and taken. Stokes for some reason throws it back in the direction of the stumps. England win by a massive margin of 232 runs! But Windies take the series 2-1. It was a short of length delivery on the body, K Paul backs away, swings hard. It clips his top edge and ballons up in the air. It went back to Stokes who snaffles it with utmost ease. K Paul c and b Stokes 12(6) [4s-3]
Stokes to K Paul, THATS OUT!! Caught&Bowled!!
Stokes to K Paul, FOUR, wow! He has come with some intent. Forget about his injury, he is here to inflict some damage. It was a full-toss on the stumps, Paul powers it straight down the ground and it rockets to the fence
Stokes to K Paul, FOUR, smashed! fuller and wide of off, Paul stays put and drives it wide of cover for a boundary.
Stokes to K Paul, no run, slower full-toss on the stumps, Paul slogs it to the leg-side and denies Roston Chase the single

Denly to Roston Chase, no run, that missed off-stump by a whisker. It goes past his inside edge and somehow fails to crash into the stumps
Denly to Roston Chase, FOUR, that's it. There is the ton for Roston Chase. He smashes the air in delight and wears a beaming smile on face. When the going got tough for Windies, he stood up and played a classic. It was an ideal delivery for Roston Chase, there was ample width, Roston Chase cuts it handsomely wide of sweeper cover and collects a four
