Windies won by 7 wkts
PLAYER OF THE MATCH : Oshane Thomas
Batter
Bowler
The trophy is shared between the two teams. We'll move onto the T20 series from here, in which the matches will be shorter by a couple of deliveries than what we saw today. Quite extraordinary the manner in which England were dismantled here in St Lucia. They've made great strides in the last few years in ODI cricket, but these occassional screw-ups with the bat do pop up here and there. Nevertheless, a great boost for the Windies to tie the series with arguably the best ODI side in the world. That's all from here. Until next time, goodbye!
Jason Holder, Windies captain: Really proud of the guys. Tough for the bowlers this series. But they won us two games as well. Great to see the intent we showed today while chasing the target, led by Chris. Chris will be Chris. Learnt a lot from this series. Still have to improve on the fielding. We're heading in the right direction. Just a matter for us to be consistent. Was a good surface. There was moisture upfront. Still got to put it in the right areas.
Gayle, Man of the Series: Man of the Series at age 39, come on youngsters what's happening (laughs). It's a fantastic series. To be able to tie the series 2-2, both teams played well. Today our bowlers were fantastic. Oshane with his first five-wicket haul, Carlos was brilliant. And the captain and Cottrell as well. Sometimes as a batter you're weary of small totals. So as I was padding up, I thought about putting them under pressure early. Sometimes you've got to change it up a bit, because the bowlers would work you out otherwise. Mark Wood was brilliant for them. He bowled fast and was a wicket-taker for them in this series. At one stage I thought is this going to be my last innings for Windies in the Caribbean. Another good turnout today. We will get a bit of respect going into the World Cup. If we get it right as a unit, we can create some damage in the World Cup. We're very capable of winning games in England.
Oshane Thomas is Man of the Match
Morgan, England captain: We struggled throughout the whole innings with the bat. The extra bounce here is not something which we come up against much. It's difficult to curb what's been your natural reaction for a couple of weeks. But we need to adapt better. You do have to rock up on any given day. We've done it on slow, low and turning wickets. But we're yet to do it on wickets like these. We've competed well throughtout, haven't been at our absolute best in this series. Support around the Caribbean has been awesome. Certainly have a lot of positives to take from the series.
14:36 Local Time, 18:36 GMT, 00:06 IST: The series finishes at 2-2 with Windies galloping to their target of 114 in just 12.1 overs. Phew, no one does it like Gayle. No one destroys bowling attacks like he does. He was so ruthless, so brutal, that England would've invoked a spate of human rights violations if this wasn't sport. Their bowlers were blown away, much like their batsmen were earlier in the day. It was a pitch with a great deal of pace and bounce in it, the fastest in the Caribbean, and the England batsmen dealt with the short deliveries with remarkable ineptness. The hostile Oshane Thomas just blasted through the middle and lower orders for his maiden ODI five-for, closing things out to set up a target that Gayle would just walk all over.
Tom Curran to Hetmyer, FOUR, Curran introduces himself with a slower ball, and that's all he'll get to do today. Hetmyer punches this through mid-off into the boundary to hand England an absolute shellacking - their biggest ODI defeat in terms of balls remaining
Tom Curran, right-arm fast medium, comes into the attack
