Bangladesh won by 5 wkts
PLAYER OF THE MATCH : Mushfiqur Rahim
Batter
Bowler
Gee, Rahim had been saving these celebrations for a couple of years. He had to let it out. What a win for Bangladesh, just terrific. So that's it from us here. I've been Sagar Chawla, and on behalf of Akshay Maanay, Rishi Roy, Raju Peethala and our scorer Venky, it's a goodbye.
Mahmudullah, Bangladesh captain: Game of quite a bit of nerves. It was a good wicket to bat on. Batters showed the capability that we have. When we started batting, Tamim and Liton gave us a great start. Mushy was outstanding in the way he held his nerves. Knew that they might bring Akila early, that's why we sent Liton at the top of the order.
Chandimal, SL captain: Really good game of cricket. Credit to the batters for putting a really good total. As a bowling unit, we didn't execute well. I'm sure they will come back in the next game. There were a few plans. It was too good a wicket. I'm sure we'll execute our plans in the next game. Looking forward to the next game.
Rahim, MoM: We badly needed that win. Can't ask much more than this. Gave away too many runs. 190 would have been chaseable. Liton and Tamim were outstanding to set it up. Dedicate this knock to my son, who's only 35 days old. At the end of the day, result is the most important thing. It was just a cramp. Hopefully I will recover soon.

Sahil: Who would have thought Bangladesh could win this one after the completion of first innings? -- Not many.
You'd have thought that Bangladesh would fizzle away after Liton Das's early fireworks, and then after Tamim's untimely dismissal, but Rahim came out looking in scintillating touch. He overcame the dip in momentum, which Bangladesh endured after a rollicking powerplay, and roared his team to victory. Sri Lanka, who were taken aback by the early onslaught, used their cutters well during the middle. But the pressure got to them in the end. Misfields, high full tosses, too many freebies. Eventually, they were left relying on Bangladesh's track-record. But Rahim wasn't going to choke here. Not today.
23:01 Local Time, 17:31 GMT, 23:01 IST: Those are some scenes out there. There's Rahim who can't stop screaming, he can't stop himself from yelling in Perera's face, and he can't stop himself from doing a cobra dance. It's all preposterous, but go Bangladesh, do what you have to. It's been an absolutely sensational run-chase - the fourth-highest successful chase in T20Is. So much frustration, so many bottled emotions, they're all on display for this mute Sri Lankan crowd to bear witness. The tri-series is alive and kicking.
Perera to Rahim, 1 run, full toss outside off, knocks it away through mid-wicket before unleashing some hysterical celebrations. Bangladesh with a thrilling win to open up the tri-series
Just one more needed
Perera to Rahim, 2 runs, nudges this yorker length ball towards long-on, where there's a fumble. Gunathilaka buckles under pressure, allows Rahim to get back
Perera to Rahim, FOUR, vigorous claps from the Bangladeshi substitutes, probably the only thing you can hear. The stadium has gone absolutely silent otherwise. Very fortunate boundary for Rahim, who had made room to carve this full ball over extra-cover. Instead, it balloons off a thick outside edge and loops over backward point before trickling away
Perera to Rahim, 2 runs, overpitched just outside off, Rahim clears his front leg and smears it past the diving cover fielder. It's been cut off in the deep though
Thisara Perera [3.0-0-27-1] is back into the attack
Perera to bowl the final one. Nine needed. So much hangs on Rahim. The crowd at the edge of their seats

Pradeep to Rahim, 1 run, back of a length delivery on leg, nudged softly into the on-side. Rahim happy to keep strike
prakhar: Has this been a good batting by BANGLADESH or poor bowling by SRI LANKA? -- Bit of both.
Big discussion now between the Sri Lankans. In between, Rahim goes up to the umpire for an animated chat. Not sure what that was about. Seems like the umpire has denied him an impromptu drink. Anyway, Here we go. "Rahim went up to the umpire pointing at the mini-conference, he doesn't want the momentum to drift at all. He wants the game to just go on, he is in the zone. Immediately after that animated chat with the umpire, the Sri Lankan players disperse," informs Shirshendu
Pradeep to Rahim, SIX, he's launched this many rows back! Pradeep errs in length for once, delivers a full toss, and Rahim got absolutely stuck into it. Towering blow over deep mid-wicket
Pradeep to Mehidy Hasan, leg byes, 1 run, curves in late and smashes onto Hasan's pad as he backs away. The ricochet rolls towards point
Pradeep to Rahim, 1 run, tailing in very full on leg, Rahim tries but can't get under it. Mistimed drive to long-on
Mehidy Hasan, right handed bat, comes to the crease
