So India are off to a winning start in the series. It was frustrating at the start with rain holding up play, but at least we got a 12-over game and there was plenty of action packed into it. That's all for now. Until next time it's goodbye!

Pandya, India captain: Great to start a series with a win. For us as a team it's very important to start with a win. Quite happy with it. He's been fantastic for his franchise (Umran Malik). But I felt, also had a chat with him, he'll be more comfortable with the older ball. Ireland batted fantastically, had to go back to our main bowlers. Maybe next game he'll have a full chance. Some of the shots he played were mindblowing (Tector).

Balbirnie, Ireland captain: Never easy when you come to the ground, do your full warmup and it's delayed. Credit to the groundsmen. Tector batted outstandingly well to get up to the total. We were good and we were bad. Against a team like India you have to be good. Harry's been in great form in ODI cricket and he carried that today.

Chahal, Player of the Match: Very difficult (in these cold conditions). I felt like a finger spinner today (smiles). Sometimes it's hard but you have to adapt to every conditions. He (Hardik) gave liberty to bowl whatever I want to bowl. Atmosphere is pretty chilled. No I'm not okay I'm wearing three sweaters right now.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar: Yes I did enjoy bowling. There was a bit of swing with the new ball. It was much better to bat after 4-5 overs. Doesn't matter what format it is, if you get these kind of wickets it is always good to bowl Test match line and length. Umran made his debut, few more yet to make, so we have a lot of exciting talent. This is the kind of format which produces many cricketers. Best part about our team is wherever we go people come out to support us.

20:49 Local Time, 19:49 GMT, 01:19 IST: Plenty of fireworks from India in that chase. They've raced home with 16 balls to spare in a 12-over game. Ishan Kishan started off the carnage with some brutal shots, and Hooda and Pandya followed with more of the same. It was a good recovery from Ireland earlier to post 108. They had slipped to 22/3 inside four overs, before Tector smashed 64 off 33 balls. There was movement on offer right through the game on a pitch freshened by the rain. But these short boundaries, the ball flew everywhere. Except India had two bowlers who made the difference with superb spells - Bhuvi and Chahal showing their class. We'll have the presentations shortly.

Joshua Little to Hardik Pandya, out Lbw!! An inswinger that comes in sharply, and it smashes Pandya on the back pad. He was deep in the crease, swinging across the line of it having cleared the front leg. Didn't expect it to bend in like it did. Missed it by a mile, and is given out on the field. Umpire's call on DRS and he has to go back. Hardik Pandya lbw b Joshua Little 24(12) [4s-1 6s-3]

Joshua Little to Hardik Pandya, THATS OUT!! Lbw!!

DRS: Pandya is given out LBW, and he has gone for a review. The bat is nowhere close to it. And it's clipping leg stump on ball-tracking. Will stay with the onfield decision.
