Amidst deafening calls for intent, India found intention. And the tour changed face quicker than the men from Braavos. A Test win at Johannesburg after back to back beatings, a 5-1 grilling of the hosts and now a 2-1 stunner, it's been a series that's graduated to be India's. Hope this long two-month series stays alive for ages, in your head and on our servers. With that, this is your commentator Pratyush Sinha taking leave alongside Ramakrishnan, Vineet Anantharaman, Nikhil Jadhav and Harish. Go back to your weekend vice, ta-ta!
We have one more presentation. India are certain to finish as the top-ranked Test side by the cutoff date (April 3), and Sunil Gavaskar and Graeme Pollock are here to present Virat Kohli with the ICC Test mace. "Having received it twice in a row is a special feeling," Kohli says. "The support staff have done all the hard work. We are looking forward to it (tours to England and Australia). I'd say we are still 80% (as a Test unit). When we are able to achieve what we want to in the two tours, we'll be more content. But our 80% is also exciting. To be a world class side, you have to be 100%"

Time for Rohit Sharma to receive the trophy. Kohli joins in his half-tracks, nicely picking a safe corner for himself. And now the clicks and smiles.
Rohit - captain, India: "To be honest, I thought we were 15 runs short. How the first half went, I thought we lost our way towards the end. I mean these things happen and we learn from it. It was a decent score and once again, the bowlers did it for us. We know how crucial it is for our top three to stay as long as possible. It has happened throughout the series. Last match, it was pleasing to see our middle order perform. Hopefully we can move forward as a group in the coming games. We discussed certain plans and it worked. We tried to keep the ball on the stumps. Their batsmen like width. So it made them go after the bowling after 6 overs. It was a complete bowling unit performance. Throughout the series, we showed a lot of intensity, which helped us get those crucial wins. We never backed down from whatever situation we were thrown in."
Bhuvneshwar - Player of the Series: "It's all about how you prepare yourself before every series. IPL has made Indian bowlers thinking bowlers. It's important not to give away too many runs in the powerplay. You had to keep it simple and of course slower balls and knuckle balls were there. You hardly get wickets like these in India."
Raina - Player of the Match: "You need to show intent in the first 6 overs. When you get the ball in your area, you hit it (on the first-ball six). The way we played in Tests and One-Days, we looked so calm. Things looked up to the mark. Credit goes to the support staff, who gave us a lot of confidence to express ourselves. Bowling to two lefties after the 7th over gave me a lot of confidence. I have been working hard on my bowling, hopefully you'll see more in the future."
Harsha Bhogle: So the tour ends well. The tests should have been closer but in the limited overs leg, India were a little too strong
Duminy - captain, SA: "They bowled pretty well in the batting PP. We couldn't get the boundaries and the singles. We were 30 runs behind after that PP but in the end we were behind by only 7 runs. Their slower and knuckle balls worked. Jonker, in his first game, to get us that close was a great effort. In this format, guys get opportunity and they try and stake a claim. Great opportunity for guys to step up. We have learnt our lessons. Full credit to India. Outstanding white-ball tour. They gained a lot of confidence out of that win in the third Test"
Cool, time for presentations.
Ajay: "2-1 for T20 series and 2-1 for the trophies for India."
09:22pm local: If not for Jonker's feat on debut, this match was dead a long time ago. India's 172 might have divided opinions at the halfway stage but South Africa soon found that it shouldn't have. They were chasing an above par score on a pitch responsive to cutters and change of pace, something which conspired a dragged 52/2 from the hosts after 10 overs. A punt with Miller at the opening slot backfired, Klaasen didn't quite have this night to himself, and Duminy's 55 could have only taken them so far.

Bhuvneshwar to Jonker, out Caught by Rohit!! Okay, that was a full toss just below the waist. And Jonker finds extra cover with that. All over (but imagine the fun if this was no-balled for height). India win by 7 runs and take the series 2-1. Jonker c Rohit b Bhuvneshwar 49(24) [4s-5 6s-2]
Bhuvneshwar to Jonker, THATS OUT!! Caught!!
Bhuvneshwar to Jonker, 2 runs, the India faction of the crowd knows it. This had to be a six. Isn't. Another yorker - perhaps an inch or two short - and Jonker jams out a couple round the corner
Bhuvneshwar to Jonker, 2 runs, can't do much about it. Inswinging yorker that's squeezed out to long-on. A slightly unsure second run but they complete it without much hassle in the end. 10 from 2
Bhuvneshwar to Jonker, wide, that's flirting with the inside of the tramline, I think, but the umpire thinks otherwise. Back of a length, decking away and making it worse for Bhuvneshwar
Strike back with you know who
The Heisenberg: "Jonker showing how good a tonker of the cricket ball he is!"
Bhuvneshwar to Behardien, 1 run, full tosses have a place in T20s now. Another one, punched to long-off. 13 off 3
Bhuvneshwar to Behardien, FOUR, great, he's cleared short third man with that uppish forced edge. Had to reach out because the ball was delivered quite wide
