Kohli has hinted at some changes in the rest of the games. So, it won't be long before we see Rishabh Pant make his ODI debut. And what's up with the Windies? Things just going downhill. If they continue to play like this, they might have to participate in the qualifiers to get a ticket for the 2019 World Cup. Let's hope that's not the case. And so, India go 1-up in the series. The next ODI is scheduled on Friday in Antigua. Don't miss out. Goodnight from the comm. box: Raju Peethala, Pratyush Sinha, Pradeep, Sriram and Praveen.

Rahane, Man of the Match: Really happy with the way I played today. Didn't get opportunity in the Champions Trophy, but really happy that I got a chance here. It's lovely to open with Shikhar. We understand each other well, we have played together in England as well. Me and Shikhar decided to play normal cricket till the 9th over and then take it from thereon.

Kohli: It was a complete performance. We have been playing some good cricket leading up to this game. Those two guys set it up nicely, that made our job easy. Really happy for Kuldeep, his first outing with the ball and he got 3 wickets. The bench strength is something that's always been there right up for us. Jinks showed his mental strength and the character he possesses, and yeah that's a testimony to our bench strength. Not really worried about the century, that's the kind of mindset I have always played with. You gotta score few extra runs for the team. I think this is a good start, we have a few days off before we play at Antigua.

Holder: It's very hard with momentum going India's way towards the end. Dhawan and Rahane played very well at the top. Gathered some momentum and it was tough to restrict them. It's not all lost, but we need to come back strong and reassess our plans. We bowled a few full tosses and probably struggled a little with the wet ball. He [Hope] has got good intent and was well supported by Evin, but unfortunately couldn't get going.

And how did India bowl? Bhuvi, as ever, was consistent at the top. Umesh got his lengths wrong while Hardik did his bit with an array of cutters and seam-up deliveries. Ashwin hasn't looked at his best, but Kuldeep Yadav, on his maiden outing with the ball, made the most of the opportunity by claiming 3 wickets. He was spanked by Hope during his initial overs, but the 22-year old kept calm and stuck to his plans

This is the biggest win for India against WI in WI
Previous best: 102 runs in POS in 2013. Interestingly, both were not full 50-over ODIs.

17:36 local: Windies lost 2 wickets for 4 runs inside 3 overs. Hope entertained some hope, but all that perished with his greed for one too many sweep shots. The rest of the batsmen struggled big time. After Hope's departure at no point did Windies try to win the game. Just no intent. Instead they focussed on batting out full quota of overs. If anything, that's the only glitter in an otherwise listless contest. Guess the game was lost when Windies conceded 50 in their last 4 overs. No coming back after that. ODI cricket needs oxygen. Someone....
