That's all we have from this one. Until next time, it's goodbye!

Balbirnie, Ireland captain: Were outclassed in all facets. When you lose wickets in clusters against a team like WI, you've got no chance. Yeah, the dismissals were soft. Will take positives from drawing a series against West Indies. Great exposure for some of the guys. Guys are hurting but they'll learn from it.

Pollard, WI captain: Disappointed we don't have another match tomorrow (enjoying the venue). Haven't bowled regularly, but it was something the team needed. It's something we need to look at. Have to have the impetus with the new ball. Can't have oppositions going to 40/0 after three overs. Need to improve that area. Not really surprised (by his success with the ball). Slow, slower, slowest. You understand the art of bowling with experience. That's what I want younger guys to do. Once they do that it'll be beneficial for the team. Some of the conversations have been along the line of 'we have the opportunity now'. Lot of guys have been knocking on the door. Love to see Lendl. For a little man he packs a punch. For us, it's for him to aim for that consistency. Start is very important. He took his opportunity today.

Simmons: It was a proper batting surface. Every team I have a different role. In this time, I've to go hard in the powerplay. Just have the freedom to go there and express myself. Have the license. Missed out last World Cup being injured. This one is eight months away, looking forward to it.

21:24 Local Time, 01:24 GMT, 06:54 IST: It's 1-1. Ireland were put to the sword today as West Indies ensured they took something out of the series. The collapse with the bat hurt Ireland badly, before Simmons took the pain to a different level on what he calls a "proper batting surface" in the post-match interview. He was dropped early on by Ireland captain Balbirnie, and it was his bowlers who had to bear the brunt of it.

10.6

Simi Singh to Simmons, SIX, loopy full toss that Simmons whacks out of the ground for good measure. Ireland are done

10.5

Simi Singh to Pooran, 1 run, eased through the covers

Nicholas Pooran, left handed bat, comes to the crease

Simi Singh to Lewis, out Caught by Wilson!! Ireland have a breakthrough. It's a thick top-edge from Lewis, who wanted to finish it with a slog-sweep. Couldn't get on top of it. Wilson holds on thankfully. Lewis c Wilson b Simi Singh 46(25) [4s-4 6s-3]

Simi Singh to Lewis, THATS OUT!! Caught!!

10.3

4

Simi Singh to Lewis, FOUR, now Simi drops it short, overcompensating in length. Lewis, in response, goes back and pulls it hard and straight down for four

10.2

6

Simi Singh to Lewis, SIX, Lewis won't play along for Simmons' hundred. Simi's juicy off-break is too tempting. Puts his head down and clubs it over long-on

10.1

Simi Singh to Lewis, no run, punched to cover

Simi Singh [2.0-0-24-0] is back into the attack

Barry McCarthy

2-0-35-0

9.6

McCarthy to Simmons, SIX, it's a home run. Short of length outside off, don't think he got all of it either as he pulled it into the grass banks behind midwicket

9.5

4

McCarthy to Simmons, FOUR, in the slot again. Simmons again. Belts it wide of long-off

9.4

6

McCarthy to Simmons, SIX, it was better for McCarthy when it was outside the permitted zone. At least he didn't have to watch Simmons just loading up that back lift and smoking it over long-on. Right in the slot that was too

9.4

McCarthy to Simmons, wide, gets the wide yorker in from round the wicket, although the umpire deems it to be outside the permitted zone

9.3

McCarthy to Simmons, no run, yorker length outside off, squeezed off the inside edge to backward square

9.2

McCarthy to Simmons, 2 runs, full toss outside off, the line spares McCarthy from disappearing into oblivion as Simmons can only drag it off the toe-end wide of deep midwicket
