Stirling collects the trophy and asks his mates to gather around the podium as they get ready to pose. A roaring "Yaaaaaaay" in unison as the trophy goes aloft. Great scenes. That is that from this series then. Hope you had great fun following all three games. See you soon!!
Paul Stirling | Ireland skipper: Delighted and very proud of the lads, To comeback from 0-1 was amazing. He (Balbirnie) will be absolutely chuffed for all us and he will be watching every ball and supporting us from the hotel. He (Tector) has been really consistent and he is really hungry to score runs, He (McBrine) epitomizes what an Irish cricket should be and the commitment and the passion he shows on the field is outstanding.
Kieron Pollard | West Indies skipper: It's a sad day for us and sad day for West Indies cricket. Very disappointing and a tough pill to swallow. We have a batting problem in the Caribbean the last couple of years and from a bowling perspective, guys can only defend what we have on the board and they worked their back sides off to get the wickets. Obviously the wicket flattened out in the second half and we had to work harder. It's a holistic sort of approach that needs to take place. Throughout the region, we tend to praise mediocrity that's coming out. Might get in trouble for saying that but it's the honest truth. Can't hide from that fact. Yes (the desire is there). Can't fault the work ethic. Can see the difference from a training perspective. The guys are trying to get better and it won't happen overnight and it's not gloom or doom and it's a matter of putting our heads together and we really need to sit down and think deep about where we need to take the West Indies cricket forward.
Andy McBrine | Player of the Match and Player of the series: It means a lot, the last few weeks hasn't been easy. I'm just trying to keep it simple and try and force mistakes from the batters. We always keep it simple with the bat, just try and tick singles. Harry has been in good knock the last few months and hopefully he will continue doing that...
17:00 local: Young lets out a massive roar before soaking in all the emotional claps ringing around from the Ireland dresssing room. This win also takes Ireland to third on the WSL points table. Despite losing a wicket first ball, the visitors never looked in trouble. Stirling and McBrine helped them get through the new-ball phase and once the former got out, McBrine forged a match-winning partnership with Tector to keep his side on the brink of the victory. Ireland did lose 5 for 40 towards the end, setting panic alarms in the dressing room whilst struggling to get out of the spin web of Chase and Hosein, but with required run rate under control, the Irish held their nerve to complete a historic series win against the one of the most-feared sides in white ball cricket.
Shepherd to Young, FOUR, opens the bat face and steers this past short third's right. He also steers Ireland to a series win against the West Indies. They win by 2 wickets and seal the series 2-1.
Shepherd to Young, no run, Young flicked this straight to Chase at short fine and ran....there was never a single there and Chase missed the direct hit at the batting end. Had that hit, Young was a goner
Shepherd to Young, no run, looks to dab a length delivery and gets beaten yet again. No pace on offer from Shepherd
Shepherd to Young, no run, length delivery outside off, Young looks to punch and gets beaten on the outside edge
Shepherd to Young, no run, slower length delivery outside off, Young swings and misses

Akeal Hosein to Dockrell, out Caught by Holder!! Bit of premeditation from Dockrell and that has cost him his wicket here. He was just determined to block irrespective of the line and length of the delivery. It was full and drifted in ever so slightly around off, Dockrell hung his bat in front of pad with hard hands and the edge flies to the right of Holder at first slip. A well-timed dive to his right from the big man. Dockrell c Holder b Akeal Hosein 7(14) [4s-1]
Akeal Hosein to Dockrell, THATS OUT!! Caught!!
