PLAYER OF THE MATCH : Sikandar Raza

What a cracking game we've had! A good crowd turned up for the first-ever international match to be played under lights in Zimbabwe, and they were treated to a thrilling win for the home team. Sikandar Raza was outstanding again with both bat and ball. He picked up a 3-fer and then almost singlehandedly took his team home with the bat. So that's all from us here. Next match is on Saturday. Until then, it's goodbye!
Raza, POTM: Nice to be part of history. Credit to the fans as well for coming out in numbers. They got maybe 5-8 too many. Credit to Delany for the way he batted in the last over. Some mistakes here and there, but most important thing is we've got over the line. I was upset that I didn't finish the game. Don't want to leave it to the tailenders. There was a lot of good things done by the team, and I'm proud of the team. Just wanted to tell him (Madande) that if you remain positive, you'll see the ball better and strike it better. What happens on the park, stays on the park. It was played in the right spirit.
Stirling: It was a brilliant game, hopefully we've entertained the spectators. Got a day off tomorrow to chat about it (where we lost the game). Lost wickets at crucial points. We had such a good start that we could've got to 160. That's something we've really tried to work on (catching). Not easy here under lights. Happy with how that went.
22:11 Local Time, 20:11 GMT, 01:41 IST: It was the first time a game was played under floodlights in Zimbabwe, and the hosts have marked the occasion with a thrilling win. Could've gone either way after that penultimate over from Adair where he took two wickets, including the one of Raza. It came down to 2 runs off 1 ball, and Muzarabani got lucky with an inside edge that was fumbled by the keeper. Chasing 148, it was captain Raza who scored almost half the runs for his team, playing beautifully for his 65, while the next best was 25. He was the standout batter from both teams on a pitch which had plenty of cracks, and wasn't easy to bat on. Not just that, he picked up a 3-fer with the ball as well. Time for the presentations.

McCarthy to Muzarabani, 2 runs, inside-edge goes past the stumps, and the keeper fumbles! Zimbabwe sneak over the line for a thrilling win and the crowd are in raptures! Full delivery, Muzarabani looks to slog, drags it off a thick inside edge past the stumps, and that should've been stopped by Tucker. But he fails to stop it and Muzarabani jumps in the air on his way back for the second run
Blessing Muzarabani, right handed bat, comes to the crease
Plenty of fielders in the ring on the off-side, while most of the boundary riders are on the on-side. Two needed off the final ball.
McCarthy to Ngarava, out Caught by Mark Adair!! You're kidding me. No way he's caught that. Absolutely incredible from Mark Adair as he pulls off an unbelievable catch running back from short third. We saw Tector earlier pull off a great catch, and this is probably even better. Short of length outside off, Ngarava throws his hands at it, slices it in the air and it's going over Adair. But he runs back, and then makes a full length dive as the ball comes over his shoulder. Incredible, just incredible. Ngarava c Mark Adair b McCarthy 5(4) [4s-1]
McCarthy to Ngarava, THATS OUT!! Caught!!
Mid-off, mid-on both in the circle now. No, mid-on has been pushed back now
McCarthy to Ngarava, FOUR, smashed to the boundary! What a blow from Ngarava to turn it in Zimbabwe's favour! Just 2 needed from 2 now! Back of a length just outside off, Ngarava pulls hard and finds the gap through square leg. It goes to the boundary like a bullet
McCarthy to Trevor Gwandu, 1 run, oh he's smashed that, but it goes straight to deep midwicket! Back of a length on off, Gwandu picks the bones out of it as he pulls hard. Can't find the gap though
McCarthy to Trevor Gwandu, 2 runs, another slower short ball outside off, Gwandu flat-bats it over McCarthy's head, hasn't timed it that well and long-off will cut it off
McCarthy to Trevor Gwandu, no run, slower short ball outside off, Gwandu swings and misses, deceived by the lack of pace
Barry McCarthy [3.0-0-28-1] is back into the attack
Nine needed off the final over. McCarthy has the ball

Mark Adair to Trevor Gwandu, 1 run, good length on middle, slower one, Gwandu clips it through midwicket
Mark Adair to Ngarava, 1 run, short of length on off, rushes onto Ngarava who looks to pull but splices it in front of mid-off
Mark Adair to Ngarava, no run, slower ball slanted away outside off, Ngarava swings and misses. Adair was very expensive in his first three overs but is redeeming himself
Richard Ngarava, left handed bat, comes to the crease
